| Since the 1990 s,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly.But due to the particularity of construction production,construction safety accidents have emerged one after another,the traditional accident prevention and risk management have been unable to meet the needs of the current construction safety management.Therefore,reducing the probability of safety accidents and improving the level of construction safety management have been the focus of the construction industry.Some construction companies have achieved systematic management by formulating safety management systems and setting up management institutions,but the specific implementation effects haven`t reached the expected goals.Based on the perspective of resilience,this paper evaluates and studies the safety management system of construction enterprises,analyzes the safety carrying capacity,accident response ability and recovery and optimization ability of the construction management system of enterprises,and provides theoretical reference for the construction and optimization of safety management system of enterprises.Based on the characteristics of construction safety management,this paper firstly describes the purpose and significance of the research on the resilience evaluation of the safety management system of construction enterprises,combined with the research status of construction safety management and system resilience.Through combing the relevant basic theories,it analyzes the characteristic elements of the structure and toughness evaluation of the construction safety management system.Secondly,the research is guided by the construction safety management of housing construction projects,studying relevant management standards,norms and documents,on the basis of referencing to traditional construction safety evaluation indicators,combining expert interviews and questionnaires and other methods,from the degree of stability,redundancy,efficiency and adaptability of four aspects screening of comprehensive evaluation index,build the evaluation index system of construction enterprise security management system resilience.Finally,in order to accurately describe the index evaluation information and show the level of corporate management,this paper analyzes the applicability of each evaluation method,establishes the resilience evaluation model of construction enterprise safety management system,and applies the research results to the evaluation of the enterprise safety management system,integrating theory with practice,demonstrates the superiority of construction safety management systematically.The main results of this study have three points:(1)Based on the organization,material,technology and safe environment construction in the safety management of construction enterprises,a resilience evaluation index system of construction enterprise safety management composed of 4 toughness characteristic elements,23 evaluation indicators has been established.The resilience evaluation index system basically covers the entire content of construction safety management,highlights the importance of system coordination in management.(2)With the calculation data of the decision testing and evaluation laboratory model to improve the factor correlation analysis process of the network analytic hierarchy,and scientifically combine the extension cloud model,and propose the DEMATEL-ANP extension cloud model.It can deal with a complex system problems that are variety of indicators,difficult to quantify,and indicators interact with each other,difficult to construct judgment matrix.(3)This paper takes a construction enterprise in Xi ’an as an example,uses the evaluation system and the DEMATEL-ANP extension cloud model established in this paper to evaluate it,and verifies the practicability of the evaluation indicators and the operability of the evaluation model.At the same time,the evaluation results show that the overall toughness level of the construction safety management system of the enterprise has reached a good level after the accumulation in recent years,but there are still some part of the management levels need to be improved,optimization suggestions are put forward for the reference of enterprise managers in this article. |
