Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the air material transportation system has played an increasingly important role in many fields.It can ensure the rapid transportation of materials in an emergency.Whether the material can be safely landed with quality and quantity is closely related to the performance of the air material transportation system.In order to better combine the quantity of materials and packaging to achieve the target task,R & D personnel often simulate the actual situation through a large number of tests,collect corresponding test data for management analysis.With the continuous development of modern industrial technology,the air material transportation experiment platform has been gradually improved,including a large number of dispersedly placed experiment platforms.And the high-precision and high-acquisition frequency characteristics of the test equipment will lead to the generation of massive real-time data,and the large number of laboratory personnel and equipment also need to be managed in a unified manner.Traditional laboratory management methods cannot meet the requirements of air material transportation laboratories for real-time and high supervision capabilities.To solve this problem,this article will integrate real-time database and cloud computing technology to improve and design the functions and applications of the laboratory management system.This article first summarizes the development status of the laboratory management system,and puts forward its existing problems and shortcomings,and briefly describes the research content.Secondly,it discusses the feasibility of the application of real-time database and cloud computing technology.According to the requirements of the laboratory management system,the overall architecture,network topology and data flow are designed.Then combined with the actual situation of an air material transportation laboratory,the labels and functions of the realtime database were specifically designed to model and uniformly manage the laboratory’s massive test data,personnel information,and on-site monitoring equipment.The system uses a cloud platform to ensure the reliability of data storage and reduce network construction costs.The combination of the real-time database of the Ignition platform and the My SQL relational database relational database improves the real-time monitoring capability of the system and makes historical data storage and management more reliable.The laboratory management system designed in this paper has the functions of data query,trend analysis,alarm notification,etc.It can manage the personnel,equipment and data of the laboratory in real time and the operation effect is good,which enhances the integration and real-time of the system and make the laboratory management method more intelligent.
