Study On Safety System Of Enterprise Laboratory

Modern enterprise chemical laboratory is an important workplace where enterprises conduct test and analysis and scientific research.It assembles enterprises’ outstanding talents of science and technology and precision complicated experimental instrument.Chemical laboratory also conducts real time monitoring of reaction process for every produce stage,analyzes raw material and the quality of product and it can do research and carry out improvement on analysis method.However,as one of chemical laboratory,the existence of a large number of potential safety hazard is determined in enterprise chemical laboratory owing to the complexity of the experimental conditions,the dangers of reagents,confidentiality of experimental results and the complexity of the chemical laboratory’s indoor environment.In order to reduce safety accidents and protect the laboratory staff’s health and enterprise property safety,we need to build perfect laboratory safety system to conduct safety management of enterprise chemical laboratory.By referring to the chemical laboratory safety assessment system at home and abroad,this paper grasps the research progress of chemical laboratory safety management.And the appropriate construct method of chemical laboratory safety system is selected.by referring to the safety management method of chemical laboratory in Chinese and foreign enterprises.In the construction of enterprise laboratory safety system,the safety evaluation system and the safety management system are selected to merge together.In the construction of laboratory safety assessment system,this paper comprehensively considers laboratory staff,hardware,environment and management factors to conduct determinate analysis of laboratory of dangerous and harmful factors and guide laboratory staff to grasp the condition of laboratory safety.Then,laboratory safety evaluation system was introduced and research and analyze laboratory safety risk item caused by human factor,hardware factors,environmental factors and management factors.We use safety evaluation index system to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze enterprise security risks that exist in the laboratory and get the possibility of probability and the corresponding results to determine the level of risk.And control the risk base on this to reduce the possibility of occurrence of risk and its losses.In the construction of laboratory safety management system,this paper proceeds from the following several aspects:(1)in the aspect of hardware facilities,scientific and rational layout is guaranteed at the beginning of construction.At the same time,the construction of infrastructure is standardized and completion of safety protection facilities is ensured;(2)in terms of management system,laboratory needs to have strict management framework,perfect safety rules and regulations,workable responsibility system for safety and security accident emergency mechanism;(3)in terms of safety education,the laboratory should enhance breadth of general knowledge promotion and depth of professional training,and implement lab access system;(4)in the aspect of safety early warning,it is necessary to properly arrange dangerous drugs,laboratory waste,cylinders and pressure vessels etc.and establish laboratory safety real-name registration system and the real-time safety reporting network platform;(5)in terms of supervision and inspection,laboratory should implement laboratory safety rating system,strengthen the professional level of inspection and establish laboratory safety management archives database;(6)in terms of information exchange,laboratory should give full play to the advantage of information technology such as computer and network technology and establish highly digital,networked and modern management system.Safety management system carries on the practice application in our country for a short time as a kind of " imported goods ",many domestic enterprises is still not aware of the importance of safety management system,or they didn’t really apply the main idea of the safety management system to enterprise production and thus it results in serious lack of safety management system and a lot of the prevention of accidents did not play its effect as it should have.So,if safety management system is expected to have a good effect on accident prevention,it is necessary to innovate on safety management system according to enterprise actual situation.This paper combines enterprise laboratory reality to conduct safety management system innovation at application of enterprise laboratory from management idea,management environment,management organization,management mechanism and management techniques.And as part of guarantee of enterprise laboratory security,important item of management system is refined,which enable it to better fit the practical safety management in the work.
