Research On The Response Of Network Public Opinion In The Field Of Safety Production

Since the new century,with the continuous implementation of China’s reform and opening up system,China’s economic and social development has achieved fruitful results and made many new achievements.However,in the journey of rapid social and economic development,emergencies in the field of safety production have occurred from time to time,which has brought a lot of negative impacts on China’s social and economic development.When there are emergencies in the field of production safety(hereinafter referred to as ’production safety emergencies’),people are very keen to discuss.At the same time,with the popularization and application of Internet technology in China,people ’s discussion mode has changed from offline discussion to online discussion.Due to the fact that production safety emergencies themselves are related to the vital interests of the people,together with the social people’s identity and geographical proximity and other factors,they jointly give them super high topic intensity.All kinds of information in the cyberspace show a geometric growth,and the network public opinion in the field of production safety appears rapidly.Network public opinion often reflects the social and people’s conditions,and is a"mirror" in the journey of social construction in China.Sometimes network public opinion will reversely restrict the development of society,and even lead to other more serious accidents.So when the safety production emergency occurs,how to effectively deal with the network public opinion brought by the event,do a good job in the governance of network space,purify the network environment,prevent the occurrence of network bad phenomenon is placed in front of all levels of government in our country.Through the research on the characteristics,dissemination,evolution and response of network public opinion in the field of safety production,this paper puts forward relevant promotion strategies for grass-roots governments to effectively deal with this type of network public opinion,which can effectively help relevant departments to grasp the coping strategies of network public opinion in the field of safety production in a timely manner,and avoid the occurrence of network public opinion after the occurrence of safety production emergencies.When dealing with the network public opinion caused by events,there is no research results as a reference,and then the disorder of network space and the occurrence of bad phenomena.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how grassroots governments effectively respond to network public opinion in the security field.This paper takes Nanchang Fangda Special Steel ’s No.5·29 blast furnace explosion incident as an example.After this incident,how the city government effectively responds to the public opinion on the network is studied,and the improvement strategy of grass-roots government to deal with the network public opinion in the field of safety production is put forward.It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the grass-roots government to deal with such network public opinion efficiently,stably and orderly,effectively prevents the occurrence of major network public opinion accidents,and improves the ability of grass-roots government to manage network.
