Research On Government Response Of Unexpected Production Safety Accident

With the rapid transformation of China's economic development form,economic development has shown a steady growth trend,and is currently in a large-scale transformation period.During this period,the outbreak of internal contradictions in society was triggered,and some public crisis incidents were prone to occur,which brought a certain degree of negative impact on China's economic development and social harmony and stability.In this case,the government's emergency capacity is one of the key indicators to determine the efficiency of government functions.With the advent of the new media era,the number of mobile phone users has increased significantly,and the mobile network has covered a large area.The number of public opinion events caused by emergencies has also increased.How to guide and manage online public opinion has become an important issue for the government to handle emergencies.Environment,but because public opinion on the Internet is a new era,the government's lack of work experience in responding to public opinion has led to many deficiencies in the process of handling the public opinion on the Internet,making it impossible to effectively respond to many emergencies.The guidance of Internet public opinion and the establishment of a positive public opinion environment have hindered the transformation and reform of China's administrative system.Therefore,how to deal with the Internet public opinion caused by emergencies and summarize the public opinion handling and guidance mechanism in line with China's national conditions is of great significance to improve the level of public event management of our government.This article mainly uses the "8.12" Tianjin Port explosion accident and "3.21"Xiangshui explosion accident as two research cases with a relatively wide range of influences as a research case.It analyzes the "8.12" Tianjin Port explosion and "3.21"Xiangshui Based on the information of the explosion accident,a comparative analysis of the online public opinion handling and guidance of the two is made,and the inappropriateness in the process is analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed.It is mainly divided into the following sections:(1)Summarize the current situation of the government's response to the network public opinion,and analyze the main influencing factors that affect the development and evolution of Internet public opinion.(2)Summarize the basic situation of the "8.12" Tianjin Port explosion accident and"3.21" Xiangshui explosion accident.(3)Study and analyze the "8.12" Tianjin Port explosion accident and“3.21”Xiangshui explosion accident.The government's development stage of Internet public opinion,its response to online public opinion,and the results of its response to online public opinion,summarize the current situation of government's response to the network public opinion.(4)Put forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of improving the detection and early warning system of Internet public opinion,improving the timeliness and effectiveness of information release,and strengthening the construction of professional talents.
