| The current global economy is slowing down,affecting the growth of demand for petrochemical products.State-owned enterprises such as Sinopec and CNOOC have laid out petrochemical projects.Private enterprises such as Zhejiang Petrochemical and Hengli Petrochemical have also entered the petrochemical industry.Competitive landscape,so it is extremely important to improve the company’s overall competitiveness.And financial competitiveness often plays a decisive role in the company’s overall competitiveness,which puts forward higher requirements on the financial competitiveness of the petrochemical industry.Financial competitiveness is an important branch of corporate competitiveness,and it is a new direction of current financial management theory research,which provides new ideas for people to understand and develop finance.LH Company is the first batch of key petrochemical enterprises built in China in the 1970s.It is one of the four major petrochemical production bases in China.It is planned to transform and improve the competitiveness of the industry,especially the financial competitiveness.Therefore,the research on LH companies is particularly meaningful.This article first summarizes the research status of financial competitiveness of scholars at home and abroad,and grasps the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods used by scholars when analyzing the financial competitiveness of companies and industries.Second,it constructs according to the components of financial competitiveness.A financial competitiveness evaluation index system consisting of 26 evaluation indicators including financial strategy,financial resources,and financial capabilities.Based on the 2016,2017,and 2018 financial reports of 11 petrochemical companies including LH companies,the entropy weight is used as a sample.The method combining gray analysis and grey relation analysis is used to evaluate and analyze the financial competitiveness of LH companies,and select the 7 evaluation indexes with the largest entropy weights calculated by the entropy weight method to obtain the ranking of LH companies in these 7 indicators.To find out the problems of LH company’s financial competitiveness and use case-based decision-making research methods to find the historical case most similar to LH company by calculating the comprehensive utility value between LH company and each historical case company The enterprise shall learn from the promotion measures taken by the enterprise to improve the financial competitiveness of LH company. |
