Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Production Safety Supervision In B County

Production safety concerns the safety of people’s lives and property,China’s overall economic development,and social security and stability.However,with the rapid development of China’s industrial economy in recent years,various safety accidents emerge one after another.The occurrence of various production safety accidents not only causes the loss of life and property,but also causes bad social influence,which makes the focus of the society constantly focus on the field of production safety.The supervision of work safety,as the main means to ensure the stability of work safety,is also facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.However,despite the increasing efforts of governments at all levels in the supervision of work safety,accidents still occur frequently,which indicates that the current supervision of work safety has been unable to meet the needs of the continuous development of China’s industrial economy.How to solve the deficiencies of the present safety supervision and how to improve the level of safety supervision have become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,work safety supervision in B County,Jiangsu province is taken as the research object,and literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,comparative analysis method and comprehensive induction method are comprehensively used to carry out the research.First of all to the situation of production safety supervision of B county,from B county safety production supervision department organization structure,personnel composition,hardware etc,the basic situation and the daily work in combination with B county in recent years in terms of safety production supervision results,summarizes the B county of the present condition of the safety supervision and the pressure and challenge.Secondly,the relevant information is collected through investigation and interviews with the staff of the work safety supervision department and the responsible persons,safety management personnel and front-line staff of various enterprises.Through the analysis of the investigation and interview results,it is found that the supervision of production safety in B county has some problems,such as unclear responsibilities,incomplete supervision,insufficient investment,weak law enforcement and backward methods.On this basis,the causes of these problems are further analyzed.Finally,through to the domestic and foreign outstanding summarizes practical experience of safe production supervision,to Europe and the United States and Japan and other developed countries and domestic advanced experience for reference,a second-tier cities further study to solve the problem of B county safety production supervision,from risk aversion,institutional reform,guarantee stability,strengthening supervision,increasing investment and strengthening law enforcement,launched the masses,intelligent auxiliary aspects put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of B county safety production supervision.
