Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Hazardous Chemicals Safety Production Supervision In J Area

Economic development can not be sacrificed at the expense of human life.This is an insurmountable red line.Safety production is related to the safety of people's lives and property,the image and reputation of the Party and the government,the important guarantee for the healthy and stable development of the national economy,and the important basis for building a harmonious society.Nowadays,the use of hazardous chemicals involves all aspects of people's production and life,and successive production safety accidents have sounded the alarm for us.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the safety supervision of dangerous chemicals in Area J from three aspects:the responsibility subject of safety production is not clear enough;the supervision efficiency of safety production is low;and the social restriction mechanism of safety production is not perfect.This paper analyzes the specific reasons for the problems.The first is the main factors of safety production supervision:the weak basis of government supervision;the weak ability of supervisors to perform their duties;the second is the objective factors of safety production supervision:the enterprise safety production management is not strict;the enterprise safety production investment is insufficient;the quality of employees is uneven;Three the factors of emergency management mechanism:the emergency rescue system is not perfect,and the emergency response capability is insufficient.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the safety supervision of dangerous chemicals in Area J.Firstly,through strengthening the scientific and technological supervision of dangerous chemicals and information technology,focusing on the capacity building of safety supervision team,establishing a multi-party interactive management model to continuously strengthen the specialized supervision of dangerous chemicals;secondly,through the creation of appropriate models.Safety-oriented corporate culture,guide enterprises to carry out safety culture for reference,and urge enterprises to establish safety culture assessment mechanism to create a safe corporate culture atmosphere;third,through improving the modern enterprise safety management system,urge enterprises to strengthen safety production emergency management,strengthen production safety process monitoring and effectively enhance enterprise safety Fourth,through improving the safety management mechanism of dangerous chemicals,supervise and urge enterprises to effectively implement the main responsibility of safety production.
