| The decanter centrifuge has the advantages of large single machine production capacity,small floor space,long-term continuous operation,and the change of the feed suspension concentration has little effect on the solid-liquid separation result.It is currently widely used in municipal sewage treatment.With the rapid development of the aquaculture industry,there is an urgent need to develop a more efficient decanter centrifuge suitable for solid-liquid separation of high-concentration aquaculture waste water to improve the solid-liquid separation effect of aquaculture waste water.However,there are relatively few studies in this area,so the research in this article is very necessary.The thesis first establishes the model of the decanter centrifuge,obtains the basic parameters of the model through calculation and analysis,and conducts modal analysis to compare its natural frequency and critical speed to verify the correctness of the design.By studying the movement law of the fluid inside the centrifuge,analyzing the structural factors that affect the solid-liquid separation effect of the centrifuge,by establishing the basic model of the fluid flow field in the centrifuge drum,using Fluent software to simulate and optimize the structure parameters of the centrifuge,and its The velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the internal field flow motion are analyzed to further verify the established mathematical model.Then analyzed the key parameters affecting the solid-liquid separation performance of aquaculture waste water,and obtained the influence of different drum half cone angles,length-diameter ratios,and sedimentation layer thickness on the solid-liquid separation effect of high-concentration aquaculture waste water in the centrifuge,and optimized Centrifuge structure parameters,and based on the overall assembly drawing of the centrifuge and the main parts drawing,a new type of centrifuge suitable for high-concentration aquaculture waste water was developed.Finally,the test verification was carried out,and the new development was carried out by comparing the solid-liquid separation test of cow manure water that the centrifuge has a certain improvement in the solid-liquid separation effect of high-concentration aquaculture waste water. |
