China is the birthplace of tea,and tea culture has a long history.Based on the special emotion of tea and the continuous improvement of living standard,tea culture tourism has gradually entered people’s consumption horizon and become a "new fashion" of tourism with wide participation and high participation.Effective strategies are the key to the development of tea enterprises.However,how to develop different tea enterprises should be analyzed according to specific situations to find out the key to the problems.At present,domestic research on tea culture tourism mainly focuses on regions,famous tea enterprises and tea brands,aiming at the relative blank of a large number of small and medium-sized tea enterprises emerging under the background of rural revitalization.The research object of this paper is sichuan LY tea company,a small tea enterprise in southwest sichuan province.The enterprise is located in southwest sichuan province.It has distinct advantages in temperature,soil,transportation,economic development,consumption preference and consumption market,and its strategies should be unique.Based on experience economy theory,STP theory,and the theory of 4 c theory as the foundation,the integrated use of literature research,market research,comparative analysis,the company in a production environment,organization structure,enterprise culture,natural geographical environment,social economic environment,the tourists’ preferences and the basic characteristics,prospect of tea culture tourism has carried on the investigation and study and system analysis,aiming at the shortcomings of the company,from the market positioning,supporting facilities,branding,diversified development,promotion and other aspects put forward the optimization of the operation of the company some targeted policy measures,to a certain extent for sichuan LY intellectual guidance,for the development of tea company At the same time,under the background of rural revitalization,it provides references for the development of a large number of similar tea enterprises in southwest sichuan.
