| Since the 18th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China（CPC）,Party and State leader Comrade Xi Jinping has paid more attention to ecological and environmental protection,making many important instructions and instructions on ecological and environmental issues throughout the country.The broad masses of the Chinese people have paid more attention to the protection of the ecological environment around them,and environmental protection has been comprehensively strengthened.Various regions and departments are embracing closely around the country and have adopted many effective strategic measures,and have achieved a certain degree of achievement.But there is still a gap to the people’s longing for a better life.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19thCentral Committee of the PRC says,improving the system of socialism and advancing the modernization of China calls for all parties to take part in the participated governance.To the protection of ecological environment,only relying on the government as the only party to carry out the Governance work has been unable to meet the needs of ecological environment governance.Therefore,it is in line with the trend of contemporary social development and of practical significance to explore the way for local governments,enterprises and the public to participate in the development of environmental governance in a coordinated way.Study in this paper,using literature research and comparative analysis,the general first thinking about ecological environment at home and abroad and general situation of the academic research of collaborative governance,then using the method of field trips to lianjiang county government in promoting ecological environmental protection and studies targeted manner on the basis of induction,combing out the crux problems,and some Suggestions on exploration,in order to find out the optimized the ecological environment of collaborative governance county government countermeasures and Suggestions.This article is divided into 6 parts.The first part includes the background and significance of ecological environmental protection research,the review of domestic and foreign research status,the methods and methods of research application,as well as the innovation points and shortcomings.The second part mainly expresses the definition of key concepts and theories,and explains the concepts and theories of ecological environment and collaborative governance.The third part elaborates the relevance of coordinated management and ecological environment.The fourth part elaborates the current status of the multiple coordinated governance of Lianjiang’s ecological environment.The fifth Part analysis the problems and causes of the coordinated management of the Lianjiang ecological environment,including the single subject,the obviously relying on government,the weak consciousness and enthusiasm,and so on,and analyzes the causes of existing problems one by one.The sixth part is about absorbing advanced experience and combining Lianjiang’s actual situation to focus on the Longitudinal analysis of the government,enterprises,and citizens,and is proposed to provide some reference and management countermeasures to strengthen the internal collaborative.collaborative governance of the government and enterprises Management methods,government-enterprise collaborative participation in ecological restoration,optimization of inter-regional diversified collaborative governance,etc,Policy suggestion. |
