In recent years,the party and state leaders have attached great importance to the work of production safety.President Xi has put forward instructions to the work of production safety that human life is greater than heaven.The activities of socialist modernization should be carried out based on the safety of life,and the safety of the people should always be put first.Although the current situation of production safety in China has maintained a stable and good situation,the total number of accidents is still very large.In 2020,38000 production safety accidents occurred in China,and 27400 people lost their precious lives.Behind the accidents,there are some problems in some supervision departments of production safety in China,such as responsibility implementation is not in place,supervision system is not perfect,supervision system is not perfect The supervision and law enforcement are not enough.As the direct responsible person and main executor in the "front line position" of work safety supervision,the quality and ability of work safety supervision team directly affect the effect of work safety supervision.Therefore,improving the law enforcement ability of work safety supervision team and improving the law enforcement procedures of work safety supervision are of great significance to ensure the safety production of enterprises,It is of great significance to stabilize social order and create a good social environment for economic development.Based on the life-long education theory and incentive theory,this paper,through the investigation and Research on the work safety supervision at home and abroad in recent years,adopts the methods of literature investigation,on-the-spot investigation,analysis and comparison,and combines with my four-year work safety supervision,finds that there are some problems in the law enforcement team of work safety supervision in D District of Jinan City,such as the team stability is not high,the professional quality is not high Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to create the modern production safety supervision and law enforcement mechanism,establish the professional production safety supervision and law enforcement team,and stimulate the work enthusiasm of production safety supervision personnel.
