Research And Application Of Mine Safety Production Law Supervision Enforcement System

In order to continuously improve the technical and management level of mine safety production supervision and enforcement in China,to solve the problems of low efficiency of mine safety production supervision and enforcement,non-unification of law enforcement inspection standards,irregular citation of laws and regulations,opaque law enforcement process,and serious "silos" of law enforcement data.This paper puts forward the integration of safety production supervision law enforcement process with modern information technology,and studies and develops a set of mine safety production supervision law enforcement system.The main research work done in this paper is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the importance and research status of mine safety production Supervision law enforcement system,sorts out the difficulties and pain points in the process of supervision and enforcement of core business processes and law enforcement,including:the absence of law enforcement database,the complexity of law enforcement plans and programming,the irregularities in the production of law enforcement instruments,the difficulty of sharing hidden danger information,And put forward the idea of informatization solution.(2)carrying out the overall design of the system,planning the overall structure of the"four-tier two system",planning the core functions of the system based on the law enforcement business of the security supervision,constructing the two application scenarios of "desktop Terminal" and "Network End",planning the business data model and establishing the database table structure.(3)In-depth study of the key technologies involved in the implementation of the law enforcement system,including data synchronization batch update,multi-task asynchronous execution,hidden trouble information push,law enforcement documents template generation,and so on,and the core functions of the Code analysis and description.(4)based on Java POI,Open XML and other technologies,completed the development of the network end and desktop terminal of the safety supervision and enforcement system,and realized the Enterprise information Management,annual inspection plan development,on-site inspection programming,law enforcement information base management,on-site inspection,data synchronization,hidden danger sending,document production,Instrument inquiry,Statistical analysis and other functions.The results of this thesis are applied to the project construction of the information platform of safety production supervision of Xinjiang Corps,which has been put into use at present,and has realized the convenience,standardization and transparency of Mine safety supervision law,and has a broad application prospect in the field of mine safe production supervision in the country.
