Faced with the development requirements and construction goals of Chongming world eco-island,combined with the construction status and overall requirements of eco-environmental informatization in China,the thesis proposed solutions for business linkage,data integration,and decision support,and carried out research and practice on the construction of Chongming eco-environmental integrated management information platform on the basis of a large number of investigations and demand analyses after focusing on issues of the system “chimneys”,data “island” and decision-making“fetters” from Chongming eco-environmental informatization.The main research contents and results are as follows:1 A complete set of eco-environmental component library was constructed by which the rapid development and deployment of Chongming eco-environmental integrated management information platform is realized,after the eco-environmental business module and GIS function module were packaged into components based on the Web componentization technology.2 The management mode of eco-environmental “three monitoring linkage” to realize the comprehensive dispatch and business linkage of environmental monitoring,environmental supervision and environmental management,as well as the full-element life-cycle management of pollution sources was proposed.It was used in Zhenhua Group in the application scenario of law enforcement in letters and visits as a case to illustrate the complete process of management.3 An eco-environmental data file sharing system was designed and developed,the Chongming eco-environmental comprehensive database including geospatial database,eco-environmental business database and file database,which can open up existing ecoenvironmental management business systems and realize business data integration and sharing was also established.4 The eco-environmental evaluation index system was explored,and the ecoenvironmental monitoring method based on remote sensing inversion and the medium and long-term prediction method of eco-environmental quality were studied.Through integrated monitoring,prediction and analysis models,the eco-environmental “one map”was built to realize such functional applications as the remote sensing monitoring of ecological environment,prediction and early warning,environmental assessment and emergency command,so that it can provide decision support for environmental protection agencies.The research results of this thesis have certain reference value for the relevant departments of eco-environmental management,enterprises and institutions to share data,intelligently find problems and improve the effectiveness of decision-making analysis.The eco-environmental Web component library constructed in this thesis can be applied to the rapid construction and deployment of eco-environmental management business system,thereby improving the efficiency of system development and the level of eco-environmental management.
