In recent years, the contradiction between the development of traditional cast-in-place buildings and the constantly rising labor costs as well as the ecological environment has become increasingly severe. Therefore, prefabricated building has been vigorously promoted by its virtue in economic and ecological aspects. However, due to the complex construction process and high technical requirements of prefabricated building, safety accidents in this industry occur frequently.Hence, the research on construction safety evaluation management of prefabricated building has always been the focus of the industry. At present, research in this field in China is still in the development stage and there are still some deficiencies in establishing an evaluation index system and in determining the weight of evaluation indicators. At the same time, most of the safety information obtained through safety evaluation work is still being delivered in paper form. The on-site construction personnel, particularly, have a low level of understanding of this type of safety information. Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a more completed evaluation index system,to adopt scientific index weight determination methods,to deliver safety information to the participants at the construction site through effective ways and to push forward the rapid development of prefabricated building. In this paper, the data mining technology was used to build the construction safety evaluation index system of prefabricated building and the correlation between the indicators was excavated;A safety evaluation model was established using variable weight and matter element extension theory and its effectiveness was verified through engineering examples;A web of security management system was developed to improve the transmission of security information obtained through security evaluation work. The main tasks in this research were as follows:(1)156 accident cases of prefabricated building construction were collected and the causes of the accidents were extracted. The Apriori association rule algorithm in data mining technology was adopted to analyze the data and to obtain preliminary evaluation indicators and the correlation relationships between indicators were explored. Finally, given the construction characteristics and engineering process of prefabricated building, some indicators were modified and improved and finally the construction safety evaluation index system of prefabricated building was established.(2)On the basis of variable weight and matter-element extension theory, the construction safety evaluation model of prefabricated building was constructed. The entropy weight method is used to determine the constant weight weight of each indicator and the variable weight theory is used to modify the constant weight to determine the final weight of each indicator. The risk level of each indicator is determined through calculation based on the progress theory. The evaluation model was then applied to a prefabricated building project in Foshan City to verify the case and the overall risk level of the project and the risk level of each evaluation index were obtained.According to the evaluation results, corresponding management and control countermeasures were put forward.(3)A web of security management system was developed based on Java language and Spring boot framework to facilitate on-site personnel’s access to security information.A information management module was designed to effectively transmit security information. At the same time, based on the previous results and research work, module of on-site recording, emergency measures, security education and training were developed within the management system to assist enterprises in carrying out security management work.
