Division Of Pidu’s Red Line Of Ecological Protection And The Space Control Research Based On GIS

The ecological system is the natural whole of material circulation and energy flow between living beings,the material basis of the survival and development of human society,and an important guarantee for the sustainable development of society and economy.However,because of the influence of the geographical conditions,climate,and population and economic and social development,unreasonable development and utilization of resources,cause huge impact to all kinds of ecosystem,habitat destruction,land loss,reduced vegetation,abnormal climate,greatly reduced the supply and service capacity of ecosystems,caused various ecological problems,and severely restricted the sustainable development of the economy and society.Therefore,scientific planning and defining the red line of ecological protection,building a barrier to environmental protection,and efficiently using the ability of the ecosystem to provide services are the only way to achieve harmonious and sustainable development of the country and region.Choose Pidu district of Chengdu City as the research scope of this study,guided by the relevant theories of ecological protection red line,ecological carrying capacity,landscape ecology and sustainable development,establish a research route,select evaluation factors and establish an ecological protection importance evaluation system,and evaluate the importance of ecological protection in the research area based on 3S technology and spatial interpolation,combine the results with the actual situation and urban planning,determine the red line of ecological protection in Pidu District,summarize the delineation methods,and provide relevant basis for government departments in ecological protection and management.The results of this study are as follows:（1）Investigation and analysis of the current status of the ecological environment:sort out relevant materials and plans,conduct field surveys to study the ecological environment and protection status of Pidu District,and determine 9 important ecological protection areas,evaluation and analysis of present situation of land use and vegetation coverage,clear regional ecological problems.（2）Assessment of the importance of ecological protection:through the method of hierarchical progressive analysis,check the influence degree of the comparison evaluation factors,select 13 evaluation factors,such as rainfall erosion and soil erodibility,to establish three assessments of the importance of water conservation,importance of soil and water conservation,and sensitivity of soil erosion,uses spatial interpolation,superposition analysis and evaluation factors to evaluate the importance of ecological protection in the study area.（3）Delineating the red line of ecological protection in Pidu District:based on the evaluation results,according to the classification of the importance and sensitivity of the ecological environment service function,combined with the analysis of urban planning and other protected areas,based on GIS,the method of spatial superposition analysis is used to determine the ecological red line protection scope of Pidu District.The ecological red line protection area of Pidu District is 72.2011km~2,which is19.36%of the total area,among them,the first type of control zones are grade I protection zones for drinking water sources,covering an area of 2.29 square kilometers,accounting for 3.17%of the red line area;the second type of control zones are grade II protection zones for drinking water sources,important wetlands,sensitive areas along the waterfront of rivers and lakes,green Spaces of important transportation arteries,and protection zones approved by the local government,covering an area of 69.9111 square kilometers,accounting for 96.83%of the red line.（4）Build an ecological red line management and control system:Based on the classification and classification ideas,build an ecological protection red line management and control system in Pidu District,improve relevant management and control measures,and provide a theoretical basis for local government departments to promulgate relevant policy plans.
