Study On The Evaluation Of Rural Green Development Level In Qinghai Province

Promoting rural revitalization with the concept of green development is a realistic requirement of accelerating the construction of rural ecological civilization and building a high-quality modern agricultural economic system.In order to reveal the influencing factors of rural green development in Qinghai Province,the research takes green development as the concept,from green,rural life green,green resources and government system green evaluation index system,and using the entropy calculation analysis shows that rural green development level in 1999-2019,subsystem green development level from high to low: green,government system green,green and agricultural production green.It is a realistic choice to realize the green agricultural production system,the green governance system for rural resources and environment,the action system for a green lifestyle of rural areas and a way to improve the green financial support system in rural areas.Through the coupling coordination model,the green resources and environment of Qinghai Province is associated with the green of rural life and government system respectively.The coupling coordination of green resources and agricultural production is also slightly uncoordinated,but lags behind rural life green and green government system;the agricultural foundation of Qinghai Province is relatively weak,the moderate scale of agriculture is relatively low,and the economic development of agricultural areas of Qinghai Province is still affected by resources and environment.From the perspective of rural green development in Qinghai Province,realizing rural green development must:strengthen education and publicity,change ideas,strengthen the construction of rural green development,form perfect institutional mechanism,increase government investment in green development,strengthen the law enforcement of rural green development,optimize industrial structure,develop rural economy of scale,and correctly handle the relationship between green development and economic development.We will strengthen green development in rural areas,improve the ecological environment in rural areas,set up beautiful villages,and adjust rural economic restructuring and get rid of poverty and prosperity.
