Study On The Coupled Development Of Industry And Ecological Environment In Qinghai Province

Located on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau,known as the "source of rivers" and the "Chinese water tower",Qinghai has a special ecosystem strategic position in the development of the nation.,resources and stability.For a long time,on the one hand,due to the special,fragile and sensitive ecological status,Qinghai’s ecological foundation is weak,and the mission of building ecological civilization is still daunting;on the other hand,compared with other regions of the country,Qinghai’s economic development is still unbalanced and insufficient,and underdevelopment is still the main contradiction,especially the industrial development model is relatively coarse and heavy,most industries are in the middle and low end of the industrial chain,and energy constraints are further tightened.The task of changing the mode of production forced by the pressure of ecological and environmental bearing is arduous and urgent.How to properly deal with the relationship between protection and development,fully and accurately implement the new developing the idea of development,exploration of the green,low carbon-sustainable approach to development is an important issue that cannot be bypassed and needs to be solved in Qinghai’s new journey of building a major social modernization country,and is related to the overall situation and long-term development of Qinghai.Based on the above background,This report first compiles the current status of research on industrial developing and the eco-environment in domestic and oversea libraries,defines the pertinent notion of the industrial developments,eco-environment and Coupling,and applies the theory of renewable energy development,concordance theory and industrial ecology theory,summarizes and refines the coupling mechanism between industrial development and ecological environment,collects and organizes the 2011-2021 The coupling and coordination model was introduced,and the coupling and coordination between industrial development and ecological environment in Qinghai Province from 2011 to 2021 was obtained.Finally,A gray relational theory model was utilized to evaluate the degree of correlation of each indicator with the development of the combined and coherent development of the two chains.The study reveals that the global level of the industrial development in Qinghai prefecture is low,and the quality and equality of the developing is not high,while the development trend of Qinghai ecological environment system is good,and the compatibility between industries and ecological system in Qinghai shows a changing from middle degree of ambivalent to light degree of misalignment,but overall it is still in disorder and there are structural contradictions.It is investigated that the primary root of low collocation between the two types of sytems lies in the weak drive for innovation in industry,chiefly in the shape of a lack of technology,the sloppy industrial development mode and the poor structure of service industry.The system is conceived to help boost the compound development of the industries and ecological environment in Qinghai Province.,on the one hand,we should accurately grasp the regular characteristics and stage features of industrial development in Qinghai,adhere to the proper leaning forward of industrial optimization and upgrading,put green development in a more prominent position,continuing to enhance the optimization and upgrading of economic activity,on the other hand,we should fully grasp the positive factors and favorable conditions of ecological support for industrial development in the province,and take the building of ecological civilization highland On the other hand,we should fully grasp the positive factors and favorable conditions of ecological support for industrial development in our province,consolidate and enhance the ecological background,continuously improve the quality of the ecosystem,highlight the article of "ecology +",cultivate special ecological industries,to encourage the intensive cooperation among industrial growth and ecological conditions,to promote the further industrialization of ecology and industries,and to boost the in-depth collaboration and harmony between these industries,and strive to achieve The coupling and symbiosis effect of "1+1>2" will form a higher level dynamic balance of ecological protection pulling industrial development and industrial development improving ecological quality,thus effectively stimulating Qinghai’s development potential and kinetic energy.
