Environmental Impact Assessment Of CY Road Municipal Road Project

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China has been in a stage of rapid economic development.With the acceleration of urbanization,the pace of municipal road construction is faster and faster.Municipal road construction projects are usually located in urban areas,generally with the characteristics of large-scale construction,which determines the inevitability of the environmental impact of municipal road construction projects on the surrounding areas.In project management,it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive environmental impact assessment.In this paper,the environmental impact of CY road reconstruction project in Kunming City is analyzed and evaluated in detail.Firstly,the environmental impact assessment model of general municipal road construction projects is constructed.The model analyzes the possible impact of general municipal road construction on the environment from the perspective of natural environment and social environment,determines the impact index,and establishes the hierarchical structure system of evaluation index.The first level decomposes the index structure system into natural environment and social environment,the second level decomposes the natural environment system into acoustic environment,air environment and water environment,and the third level decomposes several indexes for comprehensive and systematic evaluation.Each index evaluation standard is divided into five levels.On the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,combined with expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight,comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,the environmental impact of CY road is evaluated with the evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the project will have a certain impact on the environment,but if appropriate environmental protection measures are taken,the overall standard can be achieved.Finally,combined with the project management knowledge learned in postgraduate stage and the previous municipal road project management experience,the environmental protection measures of CY road municipal road project are put forward.These measures can minimize the environmental impact of CY roads,and the same formula can be used as a reference for other municipal road construction projects to optimize design and reduce environmental impact.
