Nowadays,the world is dominated by knowledge-based economy,and the competition era of high and new technology co exist,with the rapid development of economy,the opportunities and challenges of enterprises are increasing,and the competition among enterprises is also becoming more and more fierce.In the competition,human resources management is becoming increasingly important in the world.so major point of a current development of enterprises is that enterprise can able to correctly evaluate the performance of employees in order to better configure their own enterprises owned by human resources.Only to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees of enterprises,so that enterprises can be spontaneous talented people have the power to create better business performance and performance,this is the basic development of an enterprises.In recent years,more and more enterprises began to have their own idea of performance appraisal,and staff began to implement the performance appraisal management.However,enterprises have more or less problems in understanding and implementing performance appraisal.How to solve this kind of problem and how to establish their own performance evaluation system of "soil and water suit" has become the focus and difficulty of our attention.Taking the HS company as the background staff as the research object,combining with the present situation of the performance appraisal of HS company,using the relevant theory of performance appraisal as the guide,using questionnaire survey to find the existing performance appraisal problems and analyze the reasons,bring forward the necessary to build grass-roots staff performance appraisal system.In order to solve the problems existing in the HS performance appraisal,such as the incomplete appraisal project,the difficult to quantify the index design,the over-form of the examination process,the use of one-sided assessment results,to improve company management level and competitiveness,Through the analysis of the basic level employees position,the performance evaluation indicators of the design,evaluation methods of comparative selection and evaluation system set up,the performance appraisal system of the basic level employees to build the process of analysis and research,finally,Finally,the performance evaluation results are used,and the implementation of the assessment system is proposed.
