Research On Coordinated Development Of Economy And Eco-environment In Sichuan Province

Since the reform and opening up,Sichuan Province,as an important province in the west of China,has seized the opportunity of the large-scale development of the western region,and its social economy has developed rapidly.For a long time,the traditional high-input,high-consumption,and high-energy consumption traditional economic growth model has intensified regional eco-environmental resource constraints,leading to severe environmental pollution and adversely restricting economic development.Therefore,by constructing a coordinated development mechanism of regional economic development and ecological environment,exploring the mechanism of regional economic development and ecological environment in Sichuan Province,exploring the effective ingredients for promoting the coordinated development of economy and environment,and accelerating the construction of Sichuan’s ecological civilization and promoting sustainable development Practical significance.Based on the data of Sichuan Province’s economic development and ecological environment from 1998 to 2018,the article uses relevant economic theory to first introduce the relevant theory and mechanism of harmonious development of economy and ecological environment,explore Sichuan’s economic development and ecological environment,and then build The economic development and ecological environment coupling coordinated development index system uses the coupling coordination degree model to calculate the economic development and ecological environment coupling coordination degree,and finally uses the exponential smoothing model to predict and analyze the coupling coordination degree.The research shows that:(1)comprehensive ecological environment quality perspective: the overall ecological environmental quality score of Sichuan shows a spiral upward trend,indicating that Sichuan’s environmental quality is gradually improving:(2)economic and environmental coupling coordination perspective: Sichuan economic development and ecological environment coupling coordination The degree has increased year by year,and the overall economic and environmental system has a good coordination trend.The D value is mainly distributed in0.3269-0.8914.It has experienced a slight imbalance to good coordination for six periods.Since 2015,the system has been in a state of economic priority environmental growth;(3)Coupling coordination degree prediction angle: Based on the calculated coupling coordination degree basis,the exponential smoothing model is used to predict the coupling coordination degree in the next 4 years,and the predicted value has a good fit with the original value.According to the empirical results,this article puts forward feasibility suggestions from the perspective of promoting green transformation of regional economy,promoting green development of regional economy,and accelerating green catch-up of regional economy,and promoting the improvement of the coordination between economy and environment,thus providing a scientific basis for achieving sustainable development.
