A Study Of Water Pollution Integrative Treat In Small Towns

The natural environmentis closely linked with people’s living status and a sound natural environment is critical to the construction of ecological civilization,which also proves to be the fairest blessing to every human being from Mother Nature.Currently,China is under the rapid-growth stage of economic construction.The high-speed economic development has greatly enriched people’s material life.However,it has also caused a new contradiction between the demand for a sound ecological environment and the current ecological environment pollution,whose price has been paid in the natural-environment way.If one hopes to change this situation and balance the conflict,he must find a balance point between the economic development and the ecological civilization,with researching a green method to stimulate the economy.Only under environment protection and pollution treatment,can the society realize the sustainable development.Whereas,the environment pollution is quite serious at the moment,with a sharp increase in the discharge of waste water pollutants,which leads to the quality of water environment declining significantly.This phenomenon shows more obviously in small towns with chemical industry,printing and dyeing and other industrial industries."Rampant water pollution" has increasingly become the biggest resistance to urban construction,and seriously restricts the sustainable development of social economy in small towns.This paper focuses on the specific characteristics of chemical-industrysmall towns with rapid economic development.Taking Xinji city of Hebei Province as an example,it expounds the necessity and urgency of strengthening water pollution control,and points out the issueswhen carrying out the water pollution treatment.The paper has raised problems appeared in Xinji city,Hebei Province,like the weak implementation of water pollution prevention and control policies,theslow pace of industrial upgrading,the decrepit construction of facilities,and its insufficient legal supervisions,which result in the inefficient solution of the water pollution issue.In this paper,the author analyzes the current situation and characteristics of water pollution in Xinji City,Hebei Province,by applying the relevant theoretical knowledge of public management,and dissects the problems that may exist in the sewage treatment of small towns in China at present.Thistext puts forward to perfect the construction of the leadership system of water pollution control organizations,strengthen the prospective planning of water pollution control,promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and improve the acknowledgement of public environmental protection.The article’s suggestion is to give full play to the role of administrative means andhighly integrate the functions of politics,economy and market,so as to provide reference for Xinji’swater pollution control and the theoretical research of water pollution control in small towns in China.
