Along with the development of social economy, the improvement of people’s livingstandard and the rapid development of restaurant industry, the management problems offood residue become serious especially. The serious threat has been caused for thehuman survival environment and people’s health no matter the physical and mental. Inaddition, a large potential of resources can be produced by the food waste, which hasbeen believed by more and more people. People want to turn waste into resources andturn harmful substances into the favorable. It’s hopeful for people to find a new way toproduct the resources, which is needed for our life. Our country has the most populationin the world. So we face with the problem for food waste especially serious. Althoughsome individual cities in our country such as Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu has formulatethe management policy for waste, and also made some achievements. But, there is nodoubt that it is not perfect enough for food waste management in our country. Theproblem for kitchen food is still serious. We need to do a lot to research how to disposeand use the food waste reasonable.In this paper, we take the handling information in Handan city for instance. Thebasic knowledge of reverse logistics and scientific theory are used to research theproblem in kitchen waste’s recycling. The paper use literature research, qualitative andquantitative research, combine the demonstration and theory, analyze the recyclingstatus of kitchen waste and the existing problems in running the reverse logistics system.So we can build the effective reverse logistics system to solve the problem of kitchenwaste in this paper. The paper improves the work of each section of kitchen wasterecycling. Recycling work of kitchen waste can achieve efficient, standardization andindustrialization by application science and practical recycling transportation equipmentand advanced recycling technology. The paper select Handan city Hanshan distract asthe research object and analyze the locations of the recycling elements and optimize thetransportation routing problem in reverse logistics system. The methods about how toacquire minimum-cost and maximum-flow is useful to save cost and find the way toestablish proper collection points and optimize the transportation path. So we should usethe method to achieve the best effect for the circulatory program of the food waste. In the end, the management system which is suitable for the situation of our countryshould be build from two aspects of legal building and policy making. The resourcefultreatment can make more kitchen waste become resource which can be used for our life.Implementation of effective management for food waste will be easier through theapplication of these treatments.
