Exploration And Promotion Of“Tea-Incorruptness”Culture

Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,advocates a clean and upright social environment,respects the ideological virtues of honesty and frugality,and meanwhile proposes the revival of excellent traditional culture.As a part of excellent traditional culture,tea culture bears the mission of enhancing the cultural soft power and accelerating cultural construction in the new era.The injection of “Liande”(incorrupt morality)spirit has enhanced the vitality of the tea culture and promoted the mutual integration between the tea culture and the “Liande” spirit.Therefore,the "Chalian"(Tea-Incorruptness)culture came into being.There are several main achievements:This paper focuses on the study of“Tea-incorruptness” culture,which plays the role of clarifying the original source.The paper adopts historical literature reference method,multidisciplinary cross-research method,interview method and field investigation method to study the thesis.First of all,by referring to the literature,the definition,essence,and social functions of tea culture can be understood,which attributes to summarize the role played by incorrupt culture.Secondly,by sorting out the development process of tea culture and incorrupt culture,this paper finds out five important development stages of the function of nourishing incorrupt culture with tea,from germination,formation to development,deepening,and then to today’s new era.On this basis,the definition of incorrupt culture is summarized.Thirdly,the understanding of various schools of thought to the incorrupt culture is deeply discussed.Based on the “Liande” culture,the paper extracts the cultural connotation of honest and thrifty culture,upholding the principle of integrity,advocating hard work,and following the harmony and beauty,as well as the profound historical and extensive cultural characteristics of people’s advanced times.Then,taking Futian Tea Factory in Yongzhou City as a research case,the paper tries to understand the current status of the construction of“tea-incorruptness” culture,and find the achievements and deficiencies in the cultural construction.Finally,a questionnaire survey on "tea-incorruptness" culture was carried out,and relevant strategies were proposed for the survey,and opinions and views on the construction of "tea-incorruptness" culture were put forward,aiming at promoting the prosperity and development of "tea-incorruptness" culture.In short,this research aims to excavate and promote the "tea-incorruptness" culture,innovatively inherit and promote China’s excellent traditional culture,give play to its practical value,let people use tea as a carrier,purify the soul,and cultivate noble moral sentiments.
