Research On The International Competitiveness Of Fuyao Glass In Foreign Direct Investment

China is the world’s largest trade exporter.Since the reform and opening up,while my country has benefited from opening up to the outside world,it has not forgotten to continuously promote the development of other economies in the world,including the“Belt and Road” initiative,the establishment of the Asian Investment and Development Bank,etc.,Which provides convenience for Chinese enterprises to make foreign direct investment.Since the beginning of this year,the new crown virus is still raging.my country has continuously delivered new crown vaccines to Pakistan,India and other countries,fulfilling the responsibilities of major powers.However,in recent years,the international situation is not optimistic.Anti-globalization trends such as the economic crisis,Brexit,and beggar-beggar-neighbors have intensified.With the rampant trade protectionism and the rise of anti-globalization,more and more countries have begun to set up strict trade barriers.At this stage,foreign direct investment has become a good way for Chinese companies to enter overseas markets to avoid trade barriers.Based on the related concepts and theoretical basis of foreign direct investment,this paper discusses the current situation of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises.At the same time,it is known that there are still some block in the foreign direct investment of our enterprises.This paper selects Fuyao Glass Group as an example to explore the way of enterprises participating in overseas competition.Fuyao Glass is a typical representative of green space investment into foreign markets.Fuyao Group’s foreign direct investment has many experiences worthy of learning from Chinese enterprises.Fuyao Glass Group is the largest auto glass manufacturer in China with the most advanced technology,the largest export volume and the largest overseas investment.Fuyao Glass,as a successful case of Chinese enterprises going abroad,summarizes the successful experience of Fuyao Glass’ s overseas investment by studying its foreign investment process,investment strategy,investment problems and future investment risks,which can provide reference for other Chinese enterprises preparing or making overseas investment on how to break through trade barriers and enhance their own international competitiveness To provide reference.Finally,the paper suggests that Chinese enterprises should improve their production efficiency,enhance product competitiveness,understand the host country’s investment environment in many aspects,make rational use of international trade rules to avoid and deal with trade barriers,constantly broaden the international investment field,and enhance the international influence of enterprises.
