In this paper, we research coal mine enterprise employees of two groups(formal group and informal group) two kinds of crowd behavior(self-organizing behavior and Heter-organizational behavior) and its characteristicssystematacially and deeply based on group dynamics,organizational behavior, management science and psychology theory.Combining human behavior related theory, we research and analysis the reasons for Individuals obey andthe evolution of group internal behavior, Analyzing the three stages of group safe behavior evolution From two aspects of self-organization and from Heter-organization, , and we establish atheory model of the worker individual and group safety behavior. On the basis of the theory of behavior control and behavior decision theory, evolutionary game theory and system simulationas tools evolutionary game and SD model are established through the analysis of the individual self and the group,members and members of the group, coal mine safety management and multiple groups .The evolution of each variable to the game safety behavioris analyzed by using system dynamicsis conducive to our analysis of safety behavior evolution game from the dynamic and static,in order to master individuals and groups safety behaviors.The simulation results consistent with theory and site safety production experience. In the interaction of the internal mental field of the individual and the group dynamics, there is a certain self-organizing phenomenon on The behavior of individual and groups, and to large gains in the direction of self-organization evolution, and gains the parameters, the greater the game direction safety behavior evolve faster.under the interaction of internal forces and external forces,coal mine worker group members in group dynamics behavior will evolve, but depends on the evolutionary stable equilibrium behavior decision-making. And dynamic incentives are effective measures to ensure that safety managers continue to conduct safety checks and reduce the level of unsafe behavior in the coal mines.From two Angle of self-organization and heter-organization, group safety behavior model is established by game analysis and simulationwhich I have discussed above.Based on QSIM algorithm, we carried experimental simulation the group safety behavior model established above to illustrate the group safety behavior model of qualitative simulation of two more extreme situations. Then we put forward the intervention countermeasures of group unsafe behavior.
