Abstract/Summary:
As early as the 1940 s,ion exchange resin technology was used in the field of separation of ionic substances.Based on the principles of photochemistry and electrochemistry, ion chromatography changes the interaction between ions to separate specific ions.Ion chromatography has developed and evolved into three types: high performance ion exchange chromatography, ion exclusion chromatography and ion pair chromatography. There are different mechanisms between them,so they can also be used in different scenarios.Compared with the traditional method of water quality analysis, the advantages of ion chromatography are obvious. It not only has lower operation difficulty, but also has stronger selectivity. It can analyze specific position flexibly, and has faster detection speed and shorter detection cycle. The most important thing is that its accuracy is also higher.Industrial water contains a large number of inorganic anions, such as fluoride, chloride, phosphate, sulfate and so on.These inorganic anions have a great impact on the quality of equipment and products in the recycling of industrial water. Therefore, the detection of anions in water is very important. At present, the main detection methods are chemical titration, spectrophotometry, ion chromatography and so on.Among them, ion chromatography has simple operation steps and can determine many ions at one time, with high selectivity and sensitivity.According to the different production conditions, there are different anions in industrial wastewater.Generally speaking, there are four kinds of the most common:fluoride ion, chloride ion, phosphate ion and sulfate ion.At present, the most commonly used detection methods are spectrophotometry and chemical analysis.According to the test results,it can be seen that the traditional compound detection method will bring conflicts and contradictions. It needs to detect various compounds separately, and the workload of detection will be increased.Based on the above detection problems,a simpler method is usually used to detect compounds in water, which is also the key of current research. As a new detection method, ion chromatography has the characteristics of low cost and easy operation,so it is widely used in the detection of ionic compounds.Based on these advantages,883 ion chromatograph was used to detect different anions in water by adding Na2CO3-Na HCO3,so as to detect the convenience of ion chromatography in ion detection. After determining the analysis task, the analyst should choose the appropriate analysis method to test, record the measurement results and calculate. In the analysis process, all the error sources that may be introduced in the analysis process should be clear, including random error and system error. This is the study of analytical method certification. The significance of analytical method certification is to be able to determine whether the results of an analytical method are reliable and whether it can be used for the intended purpose. From the point of view of the essence of method validation,it is necessary to pre-set the validation content based on the requirements of test items, and at the same time, use reasonable test methods to test and analyze the test items. From the perspective of quality control, method validation plays an important role.Only after passing the validation analysis method can we analyze and detect unknown water samples. It can be said that the measurement index of quality standard is method verification, and the formulation of quality standards cannot do without method verification. Its contents include the specificity of quantitative limit, accuracy, applicability, durability, etc.,and the requirements of inspection will be adjusted according to different inspection purposes.
