Research And Application Of Ion Chromatography And Combined Technology In The Determination Of Inorganic Anions | | Posted on:2022-02-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Z Yin | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2491306548497164 | Subject:Analytical Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The paper carried out the research and application of ion chromatography and combined technology in the determination of inorganic anions.The purpose was to establish some simple and effective methods to determine the inorganic anions in different samples,and then provide a reference for monitoring the inorganic anions in different samples.The specific contents are as follows:1.A method for simultaneous determination of bromate,perchlorate,chlorate and chlorite in ozonated saline by using ion chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(IC-MS)has been developed.The use of dilution and solid phase extraction were found to be simple and effective for sample pretreatment.The results shown that the four compounds can be separated well on Ion Pac AS16.The obtained practical quantitation limits(PQLs)were 0.50μg/L for bromate,0.04μg/L for perchlorate,0.10μg/L for chlorate,1.00μg/L for chlorite.The mean relative recoveries of bromate,perchlorate,chlorate and chlorite were ranging from 79.96~97.63%.The Br O3-and Cl O3-were only detected in ozonated samples.In addition,the concentration of c Br O3-and Cl O3-were in direct proportion to the amount of ozone This simple and reliable analytical method can be applied for simultaneous determination of Br O3-、Cl O4-、Cl O3-and Cl O2-in ozonated saline.2.A method for simultaneous determination of Cl O4-、Cl O3-and Cl O2-in simulated Martian water by using ion chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(IC-MS)has been developed.Three sample preparation were compared in this paper.The samples were diluted,passed through Ba,Ag and H column after being diluted100-fold,passed through Ag,Ba and H column after being diluted 100-fold.The study showed that a low-cost,simple and effective dilution can meet the demand.The samples were measured under the optimum conditions.And the data showed that the initial reatants were different,the concentration of perchlorate and chlorate were different.3.A method for determination of sulfate in lithium-riched manganese cathode material by using ion chromatography(IC)has been developed.The samples were first dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid and then passed through a hydrogen column.The article compared SH-AP-1,Ion Pac AS11-HC with Ion Pac AS11 on the separation and determination of sulfate.Finally,sample was separated on SH-AP-1.The results shown that the method is convenient.It has good linearity and low limit of detection.The mean recoveries of c sulfate was in the range of 92.39~107.53%with the relative standard deviation(RSD)0.84~4.11%(n=7).This method was suitable for the determination of sulfate in lithium-riched manganese cathode material.4.A simple and accurate analytical method for determination of fluorine in the tea by using ion chromatography(IC)has been developed.After the sample was soaked and ultrasonically extracted,it is measured by ion chromatography.This article compared four anion separation column and changed the concentration of the eluent.The purpose was to effectively separate fluorine and small organic acids in tea.In addition,the tea obtained from different area and different processing ways in the same area was also analyzed.This method has simple sample pretreaments,high accuracy and good repeatability.This method can be used for rapid detection of free fluorine content in tea for the simple sample pretreatments,high accuracy and good repeatability. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | IC-MS, Ion chromatography, bromate, perchlorate, chlorate, chlorite, sulfate, fluorine | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
