Research On Resource Endowment And Sustainable Development Of Ethnic Rural Tourism From The Perspective Of Ecological Productivity

Ethnic rural tourism is a process in which local people make active use of human subjective initiative to coordinate,protect and utilize those fragile and non-renewable natural tourism resources,give full play to the uniqueness of tourism resources in ethnic areas and carry out related value creation activities to realize tourism economic gr owth.Rural tourism,especially the rural tourism in minority areas,has been playing an important role in the development of tourism industry in Guizhou Province.Ecological productivity is the resultative force formed by the organic combination of natural productivity and social productivity.Ecological productivity has dual nature,which is embodied in the fact that resources are the main body of natural productivity and peop le are the main body of social productivity.The essence of ecological productivity is to coordinate and enhance the productive capacity of both human and nature in the proc ess of human utilization and protection of nature,so as to realize the sustainable devel opment of both human society and natural ecosystem.Resource endowment in the bro ad sense is also known as factor endowment,which refers to various production factor s owned by a country or a place,including labor,capital,land,technology,manageme nt,etc.This study means the sum of material resources and intangible cultural resourc es that can be used as tourism development in ethnic rural areas.Ethnic rural areas refer to the areas in the category of ethnic areas,with the partic ularity of ethnic areas but also with the general characteristics of Chinese villages,wh ere ethnic minorities mainly engage in natural economy and primary industry live,de velop and live together.Ecological productivity,therefore,under the horizon of ethnic rural tourism sustainable development means the population of ethnic minority area s,by science and technology,system and management methods to carry out,adjust the nature of the local tourism resources endowment advantage to economic advantage m ove into and the sustainable development process,the process relies on the local natur al tourist resources and humane tourist resources sustained attention.It is under this vi sion concept that this study takes Tuole Village,Panzhou City,Guizhou Province as th e object and divides it into four chapters besides the introduction.The first chapter is the general situation of the field points.It elaborates the basic situation of Tuole Village from the aspects of geographical location,historical evoluti on,vegetation,village layout,transportation,population,ethnic group,livelihood mod e,current area under its administration,product resources and cultural and cultural her itage.It shows that good natural resources(especially the plant resources mainly of gi nkgo biloba),long history and culture and colorful ethnic customs are the important pr erequisites for the development of local ethnic tourism.The second chapter mainly introduces the natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources endowment of Tuole.Ancient ginkgo trees and ginkgo products are the main local natural tourism resources.The religious culture represented by the Xila i Temple,the ethnic culture represented by the wind and rain corridor bridge,the cla n culture represented by the combination tomb of Zhang’s family and the corridor cult ure represented by the ancient post road together constitute the proper humanistic tour ism resource system.The third chapter describes the process and effect of local people’s management,development and cultural construction of tourism resources based on ecological carryi ng capacity in the initial stage,development stage and the stage of scenic spot modern ization development(or mature stage)from 1998 to the present,which is based on the "thousand-year-old ancient ginkgo".The fourth chapter points out that the unequal distribution of the rights of the mai n body of the community,the transfer and decline of the local cultural interpretation ri ght of the host society,and the preference of the strong main body in the conflict betw een the preservation and development of traditional culture and the choice of tourism i nterests,which become the shackles of the sustainable development of Tule tourism in dustry.Therefore,full participation mechanism and build diverse stakeholders betwee n different interest subjects mutual coordination and the establishment of the supervisi on mechanism,promote the local culture and actively cultivate local talent,attaches gr eat importance to the ethnic cultural heritage and development of tourism and local cultural role in promoting the brand construction,contribute to the development of tou rism in ethnic rural areas continued to promote.
