Research On The Impact Of Government Ecological Management On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Tourism

With China's economic development entering the new normal,the downward pressure on the economy is increasing,and the situation at home and abroad is undergoing profound changes.Under such circumstances,it is particularly important to do a good job in the work of "agriculture,countryside,and farmers".Rural tourism,as a new breakthrough to solve the "agriculture,countryside,and farmers" problems,has received sustained and extensive attention.According to The Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism issued by 17 departments including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the National Development and Reform Commission,we should insist on putting ecological development and green development as priorities,and firmly establish a new concept of development during the process of rural tourism development.Especially,the individuals and enterprises involved in the development and construction of rural tourism should establish a strong awareness of protecting the ecological environment and give priority to ecology and sustainable development.The maintenance of ecological environment often has a high price.In front of huge economic benefits,people often put the economic benefits above the ecological benefits and fail to fully realize the development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".We need to introduce sustainable and effective ecological management for the sustainable development of rural tourism.For the rural tourism stakeholders,only by protecting the ecological environment,can they rapidly increase the natural capital and form the assets of rural tourism development.For the rural tourism participants,due to the continuous constraints of government management behaviors,their behaviors can only meet the requirements of the public if they give full consideration to the requirements of giving priority to the protection of ecological environment,respecting nature,and protecting nature.To strengthen the ecological management of local governments and to realize the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" have become important issues that we must urgently solve and study.This paper first reviews the government's ecological management,the sustainable development of rural tourism,and the impact of the government's ecological management on the sustainable development of rural tourism.Then,the paper takes the sustainable development of rural tourism as the dependent variable and the government ecological management as the independent variable,and divides the sustainable development of rural tourism into four measurement dimensions: tourism resources,tourism benefits,tourism operation,and tourism security system.Based on the research of related scholars,this paper proposes the research ideas and research hypotheses,based on which a questionnaire was designed.Relevant data are obtained through on-the-spot interviews,distributing and collecting questionnaires,studying relevantinformation of the cases.And then,through factor analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis of the data,findings show some aspects of government ecological management have positive impact on the sustainable development of rural tourism.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: "the government ecological information management","the government ecological economic management","the government ecological security management" and "the government ecological environment management" in the government ecological management have significant positive impact on "the tourism resources";"the government ecological economic management","the government ecological security management" and "the government ecological environment management" in the government ecological management have significant positive impact on "the tourism benefits";"the government ecological information management","the government ecological security management" in the government ecological management has significant positive impact on "tourism operation";and "the government ecological information management","the government ecological economic management","the government ecological security management","the government ecological environment management" in the government ecological management has significant positive impact on "tourism security system".Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of rural tourism.It points out the limitations of this research as well as prospects for future research.
