| Pet microecological preparations have the characteristics of health,greenness,and environmental protection,and have huge market potential,there is a need for marketing strategy research.This study takes the pet business department of Company B as an example,which produces pet microecological preparations,.In order to improve the production and operation performance,there are many problems in its marketing management that are worth considering and in-depth study,so as to improve the marketing strategy of pet microecological preparations in Company B.This paper collects information through literature research method and clarifies the development context of marketing strategy;obtains primary and second-hand enterprise data through case study method;conducts descriptive statistics on consumer behavior through questionnaire survey method,combined with the existing marketing of pet business department Question in Company B,propose a marketing strategy improvement plan from three aspects: market segmentation,target market and positioning.The marketing strategy of pet microecological preparations in Company B has problems such as inaccurate market segmentation and unclear target markets.Secondly,based on the STP theory,the target customers are determined to be married,high-income post-80 s,post-90 s party and government agencies,institutions,and corporate groups in first,second,and third-tier cities.The company needs to continue to develop new functional probiotics.In terms of channels,the three channels are equally emphasized.On the basis of the original drug channels,online e-commerce channels and supplies channels are added,and different promotion models are adopted according to the channels,and the promotion of new products is strengthened.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies,it is necessary to increase the number of marketing teams,increase capital investment and strengthen system construction.This study adds a new case study for the STP theory in the marketing and application of pet health products,which plays a certain role in solving its own marketing problems for B company,and can also provide a certain reference for other related companies,which indirectly promotes my country The healthy development of marketing strategies in the pet industry. |
