| China is a large country of ceramic production and consumption,but there is a problem of low energy efficiency in general,so it is imperative for ceramic enterprises to improve energy efficiency.The kiln firing process is the most important and energy consuming link in the ceramic industry,and also the process that produces the most waste heat resources.60% of the total energy consumption of ceramic enterprises is consumed in the kiln firing process,and the waste heat resources of the kiln account for about 45%~70% of its firing heat consumption.Therefore,rational utilization of the waste heat resources of the kiln has important significance for energy saving and emission reduction of ceramic enterprises.First of all,this paper combed the ceramic production process,based on the heat balance of the kiln,qualitative analysis of the energy flow of the kiln heat energy,it is clear that the core of the use of the furnace heat is flue gas and cooling hot air waste heat.In view of these two parts of waste heat resources,the characteristics and utilization principles of the waste heat of the kiln are analyzed.Based on the energy level analysis of the waste heat of the kiln,the reasonable utilization mode and applicable technology of the waste heat of the kiln are discussed.Secondly,aiming at the furnace firing process of an electric porcelain enterprise,the system scheme of furnace waste heat recovery and utilization was established,and the design and calculation method of the core part of the system was defined.Combined with the production process of this kind of enterprise,the balance relationship between supply and demand of heat in ceramic sintering process was quantitatively analyzed,and the order of utilization of waste heat in kiln was determined,which was as follows:(1)heating combustion-supporting air(waste heat of flue gas was preferred);(2)dry blank body(preferred use of cooling hot air waste heat);(3)refrigeration or heating;(4)domestic hot water.Based on the waste heat recovery and utilization scheme,the waste heat recovery and utilization system of this kind of electric porcelain enterprise was designed,and the thermodynamic calculation model of the core part of the system was established.Finally,the paper discusses the practical application steps and methods of the waste heat utilization engineering of the newly-built and reconstructed ceramic kiln.Taking the waste heat recovery and utilization engineering transformation of the kiln of an electric porcelain enterprise as an example,the comprehensive benefits of the project are analyzed through the application of the waste heat utilization scheme designed in this paper.The results show that the renovation project saves 1,960 tons of standard coal annually,the comprehensive utilization rate of waste heat of the system is 90.8%,and the static payback period of the renovation project is about 5.03 years.The paper also analyzes the environmental and social benefits of the project renovation,which provides a reference for the energy-saving renovation of similar kilns. |
