According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics,it is found that the demand for chemical products is increasing year by year,but the logistics cost remains high.The reason is that enterprises ignore in-plant transportation,which leads to the traditional bicycle scheduling mode in chemical enterprises to organize transportation.The single-vehicle scheduling mode makes the factory have long time for loading and unloading of transportation vehicles,low resource utilization,and low transportation efficiency.Since drop-and-hook transportation,which is well-applied in developed countries,has the characteristics of flexibility,high operational efficiency,low energy consumption,fast vehicle turnover,and low operating costs,drop-and-hook transportation can solve a series of problems caused by the single-vehicle scheduling mode.Based on this,based on the existing literature results and the actual situation of chemical companies,this article puts forward the idea of launching drop-and-hook transportation in large chemical companies to improve the level of enterprise management.And focus on the research of "information + tractor + semi-trailer +human resources" shared complex network drop-and-pull transportation problem.This article mainly studies the following contents:First of all,traditional transportation methods are mostly used in chemical enterprises’ factories at present,and there is a lack of systematic vehicle scheduling schemes,resulting in high operating costs and logistics costs.Considering that drop and pull transportation can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises,this paper takes the minimum total operating cost as the objective function to establish a composite network drop-and-hook transportation vehicle scheduling model with vehicle usage cost,vehicle driving cost,penalty cost and carbon emission cost as the optimization object.And designed a suitable genetic algorithm to solve the model.Secondly,in order to verify that the transportation organization level of the compound network drop-and-pull transportation is better than the transportation organization level under the single-vehicle scheduling mode,eleven evaluation indicators based on transportation efficiency and operating cost are established to evaluate the model.At the same time,in order for companies to optimize and improve in-plant transportation based on the evaluation results,methods to improve the performance of in-plant drop-and-pull transportation are sorted out.Finally,starting from the actual situation of a chemical company,the practical application of drop-and-hook transportation in the chemical company is studied,and the results of drop-and-hook transportation are compared with the existing scheme.The results show that the drop-and-hook transportation vehicle scheduling scheme of the compound network can reduce the operating cost of the chemical enterprise by 27% and increase the utilization of vehicles by about twice.It can be seen that the drop and pull transportation in chemical enterprises has greater advantages compared with traditional transportation modes in terms of reducing costs and improving vehicle utilization.At the same time,it effectively verifies the scientific rationality of the model and algorithm.
