Because of the characteristics of dangerous goods,dangerous goods become a potential source of danger in the process of road transportation,which threatens the safety of road transportation,reasonable vehicle scheduling is one of the important measures to reduce the risk of road transportation of dangerous goods.vehicle scheduling problem has always been a research hotspot in many fields such as operations research and combination optimization,However,compared with ordinary freight vehicle scheduling,dangerous goods transport vehicle scheduling has corresponding safety requirements,there are relatively few researches on vehicle scheduling for dangerous goods at home and abroad.Most of the researches on dangerous goods focus on risk assessment and line selection.Therefore,in view of the problem of vehicle scheduling for dangerous goods,this paper analyzes the tasks and methods completed by vehicle scheduling for dangerous goods based on the operation and requirements of road transportation for dangerous goods,and establishes a scheduling model on this basis.This paper first describes the road transport of dangerous goods,and studies the influence of different kinds of dangerous goods on the selection of vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods,from the reality,it studies the special requirements of different types of dangerous goods for different types of vehicles,at the same time,the requirements of mixed loading of different kinds of dangerous goods in the process of transportation are studied.Then according to the influence of dangerous goods category on vehicle scheduling,the single single depotscheduling model and multi multi-depot scheduling model of dangerous goods are established respectively,with transportation risk and transportation cost as objective functions,the model is a multi-objective problem and a multi-vehicle scheduling problem with soft time window.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,this paper designs a small example and uses GO software to verify the feasibility of the model.Then design the NSGA-? algorithm according to the established model,according to the characteristics of the multi-objective optimization model,this paper chooses the NSGA-? algorithm to solve,and the chromosome coding is performed in a mixed coding manner.Finally,the example analysis part adopts Solomon data set,and on this basis designs the dangerous goods scheduling calculation example and USES MATLAB software for programming solution,finally validates the feasibility of the algorithm and model,and provides scientific basis and solutions for the dangerous goods transportation enterprise scheduling and transportation work.
