With the development of urbanization in my country,the total output value of the construction industry has been on the rise.However,the resulting construction waste has also brought serious impacts on the society and the ecological environment.Therefore,strengthening the management of construction waste reduction has become One of the problems that needs to be solved urgently.During the "First and Second Five-Year Plan" period,the completed housing area of my country’s construction companies reached 12,397.176 square kilometers.During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,the completed area of buildings of my country’s construction companies reached 14,415.047 square kilometers(until 2019),an increase of 2017.871.square kilometer.Due to the lack of government planning and promotion,restrictions of laws and regulations,and tax incentive policies related to the management of enterprise construction waste reduction,my country’s construction companies are not very enthusiastic about innovative management,and the proportion of recycling and reuse is also low.If not taken seriously,these generated construction wastes will exacerbate my country’s environmental problems and cause serious waste of resources.Construction waste is mainly generated at the construction site.The corresponding reduction measures and reduction management during the construction phase can reduce the generation of construction waste from the source,which is the key to solving this problem.However,most of the current related researches are based on the identification and analysis of factors from a static perspective,and there is a lack of in-depth research on the degree of mutual influence and influence relationship of various factors.In order to complete this part of the research,this article will use the perspective of static and dynamic combined system,with the help of interpretive structure model and system dynamics method to carry out model construction and case simulation,and discuss the factors affecting the management of construction waste reduction and the relationship between the factors.The impact level and relationship of the company,combined with the result analysis and put forward targeted suggestions.This article summarizes the relevant research,based on the theory of planned behavior,finds out the main factors that affect the contractor’s management of construction waste recycling,conducts empirical research through questionnaire surveys,and uses statistical software SPSS 22.0 to process the data.Analyze,and use theoretical methods such as reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to conduct statistical analysis and research hypothesis verification on the questionnaire data,and finally obtain the main factors that affect the contractor’s construction waste reduction management.Then build a system dynamics model based on it.The model is composed of construction waste generation and disposal subsystem,construction waste management subsystem,and construction waste economic benefit evaluation subsystem.Finally,with the help of system dynamics software Vensim a new residential project in Wuhan is simulated and evaluated to verify the practical application effect of this research model.The research results show that the four factors of "integrity of the system","government supervision","integrity of the recycling market",and "self-efficacy of enterprises" are the main factors affecting the effectiveness of construction waste management.In this study,a construction waste reduction management cost-benefit model was constructed on the basis of system dynamics to evaluate the cost-benefit of construction waste reduction management.The simulation results showed that with the progress of the construction period,when the construction waste was reduced and managed,the output of waste was significantly reduced,the amount of illegally dumped waste was reduced by 631.47 t,and the amount of public landfill was reduced by 1283.07 t.At the same time,Waste reduction management can also obtain certain economic benefits,and the effect of waste reduction is gradually improved.When contractors reduce the proportion of illegal dumping and increase the proportion of public landfills,or when the government provides recycling subsidies and increases public landfill When burying expenses,the economic benefits obtained by contractors in waste reduction management activities have increased.
