| With the rapid development of society,the issue of energy constraints has become more and more prominent,and the natural ecological environment that breeds nonrenewable energy is facing unprecedented pressure.Ecological issues have become one of the main contradictions between contemporary social economic development and environmental protection.Among them,the petrochemical industry,as an industry characterized by high energy consumption,long industrial chain,heavy pollution,wide coverage,and high carbon emissions,has always felt pressured.As a petrochemical company,how to properly handle the relationship between corporate environmental management and corporate development,environmental performance and economic benefits is a problem that requires profound consideration.Evaluating environmental performance is to integrate environmental factors into economic evaluation,select environmental-related indicators,and analyze them in combination with financial indicators.This is an improvement over the traditional performance evaluation methods in the low-carbon context.As a comprehensive evaluation method,the balanced scorecard has the advantages of strategic management,which can realize the unification of environmental management and the enterprise’s own management,and provide relevant comprehensive evaluation information for the performance evaluation of stakeholders.According to the relevant theories,this paper refers to the selection principles of various indicators,and combines the characteristics of S petrochemical company’s production and pollution discharge and energy consumption,combined with the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,from the annual "Sustainability Report" issued by the company ”And “Social Responsibility Report” selected 24 specific indicators to construct S company’s environmental performance evaluation system,and then use the entropy method to analyze the weight and performance of each indicator and each dimension in each year to make The result is more objective,in order to evaluate the environmental performance of S company.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of S company’s environmental performance reached the peak so far in 2019.Although it has declined in individual years,it is still showing an upward trend as a whole.Among the specific indicators,the number of accident deaths per thousand people,the number of authorized patents,and the number of employee training scores are higher;and the internal business process dimension has a downward trend from 2016 to 2018 The most obvious.The analysis of the financial dimension shows that S company’s own investment in safety and environmental protection is almost the same as the performance of policy subsidies,indicating that the company attaches great importance to this investment and has achieved significant results;the change in the customer dimension indicates that The company pays attention to the maintenance of customers and suppliers in terms of the environment;in the internal business process dimension,the scores of related indicators of corporate pollution and energy consumption show a gradual decline;in the learning and growth dimension,the number of accident deaths per thousand people and the number of authorized patents are environmentally friendly.The performance shows that the company attaches great importance to the investment in safe production and technological innovation,and thus has achieved obvious results.Based on this analysis,conclusions and recommendations are drawn that the government needs to formulate reasonable policies and rules to encourage enterprises to carry out environmental technological innovation,enterprises need to establish and improve actual environmental performance management systems,and enterprises need to establish and improve green supply chain management Mechanisms and four countermeasures that companies need to enhance their environmental safety management and control capabilities to improve their environmental performance. |
