Analysis Of Pollution Characteristics And Comprehensive Treatment Of YushanRiverSystem In MaanshanCity

In order to implement the central government’s requirements on water environment management,complete the target of black and smelly water treatment,and improve the quality of human settlement environment,the Maanshan government launched the"Maanshan Downtown Water Environment Comprehensive Management PPP Project" in 2016.This project is a part of the third phase of the project,involving 8 water bodies of Yushan River system(Yushan River,Changgou,Jinzitang,Mengtang,Mengtang Branch Canal,North Lake,South Lake and Yushan Lake),such as source control and pollution interception,water conservancy dredging,internal source management,ecological restoration,landscape improvement,water information automation control and other governance works.As a whole,COD and NH3-N are the main factors exceeding the standard,and the pollution load into the river is 2.9 times of the environmental capacity.After the implementation of pollution intersection,NH3-N and TP in the Yushan River system exceeded the standard,and the pollution load into the river was 1.8 times and 1.3 times of the environmental capacity,respectively.NH3-N was the primary pollution factor exceeding the standard.From the comparison of different river channels in the river system,the difference between pollution load and environmental capacity of Mengtang Branch Canal is the largest,indicating that its pollution load is the most serious,followed by Yushan River.This paper for water environment comprehensive improvement of the domestic and foreign literature,the research on characteristics and genetic analysis of ma on shan city water environmental pollution,lakes within ma on shan city,two pond,sanhe,spatial and temporal variation characteristics of urban water environment pollution,water pollution characteristics in urban area,and the pollution cause of parsing.Based on the analysis of the urban water in Ma ’anshan,the main pollution control factors affecting the urban water environment were identified.At the same time,according to the existing treatment technology,combined with the environmental characteristics,treatment objectives and technical needs of Maanshan urban area,integrated the future development trend of the city,pay attention to the organic unity of economy and environment,the comprehensive regulation guidance program of Maanshan urban area water environment was compiled.In order to regulate the black and smelly water body,purify the water environment,improve the park water landscape,and build a livable city,it is very necessary to control the water environment of the rain mountain and river system.Through the implementation of the project,the Yushan River water system can achieve:South Lake,North Lake,Yushan Lake five main water quality indexes to reach the Ⅳ class of surface water.The five main water quality indexes of Jinzitang,Mengtang,Changgou,Mengtang Branch Canal and Yushan River reached the Ⅴ class of surface water.At the same time,a complete,stable and healthy water ecosystem will be established in the Yushan River system after treatment.In the newly built or reconstructed residential areas/industrial zones,the rainwater and sewage pipe network should be completely separated.The existing residential areas/industrial zones should be strengthened to prevent sewage from being mixed with rainwater pipes.Special comprehensive renovation should be carried out in the areas where sewage is directly discharged to prevent sewage from being discharged into water bodies,and the maintenance and dredging of pipelines should be strengthened.The three lakes(South Lake,Yushan Lake and North Lake)treatment project of Yushan River system is an inevitable requirement for improving the lake water environment,enhancing the water landscape of the park and building a livable city.It is also an inevitable requirement for the control project of urban black and odorous water body.It is a demand for the construction of ecological civilization and the improvement of the living environment of surrounding residents.It is very necessary to carry out the water environment control project of yushan river system to improve the water environment of the river basin,to build the urban water environment,to collect and treat sewage,to accelerate the urban construction,to promote the sustainable development of economy,and to improve the living conditions of the residents on both sides of the river.
