| Environmental issues are an important issue in today's social development,and the water environment is a crucial factor.With the advancement of urbanization and modernization and the increasing population,the problems of poor water environment quality,heavy water ecological damage and many hidden dangers in some areas of China are very prominent,affecting and damaging the health of the people,and is not conducive to sustainable economic and social development.In the water environment management work,the control of source and sewage interception has been paid more and more attention by local governments.Since 2015,Shanghai has taken the lead in launching the investigation and reconstruction of rain and sewage in the diversion system.The results,but there are some problems.Based on the above background,the paper is based on the research and analysis of the status quo of comprehensive management of rain and sewage mixing in cities and towns at home and abroad.It affirms the formulation of Shanghai municipal guidance policy,the establishment of industry technical standards system,the promotion of special difficult problems,and the promotion and guidance.On the basis of the cooperation with law enforcement and the promotion of the working mechanism of the river system,some districts and counties that exist in the comprehensive management of rain and sewage mixing are not highly motivated,the construction of drainage infrastructure is imperfect,and the residential community is raining.The problems of large-scale pollution-mixing transformation and long-term mechanism are not systematically analyzed,and the work of mixed management is put forward to increase work security,establish an assessment and supervision system,and mix long-term supervision mechanism of residential communities and develop Shanghai drainage system.Suggestions for construction research,etc.,hope to provide experience and theoretical reference for urban water environment management. |
