Manufacturing is the mainstay of the national economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the manufacturing industry is facing tremendous pressure under the dual effects of domestic and foreign.Industrial upgrading and transformation are urgently needed.Especially for the chemical manufacturing industry,it is more important to accelerate the digital transformation.Because there are a large number of different types of production equipment and pipelines in the factory.And flammable,explosive,and highly corrosive hazardous chemicals are usually produced during production and processing.Once the equipment is damaged or the hazardous chemicals leak,it is likely to cause a major production accident if the inspection is not completed.However,the traditional inspection mode is easily affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather environment and personnel quality,resulting in untimely inspection and poor completion.This will threaten the production safety of the enterprise and the lives and health of employees.The continuous maturity of information technology such as the Internet of Things provides an opportunity to completely solve the drawbacks of traditional manufacturing.The intelligent inspection system can not only improve the efficiency of inspection business,reduce the management cost of the factory,but also greatly improve the safety of the production process.The three-dimensional visualized intelligent inspection platform is designed and implemented in this paper by conducting demand investigation and process combing on the problems existing in the offline inspection process of chemical factories.It meets all the functional requirements of the factory inspection business.The platform is based on the Spring Cloud technology stack for architectural design.It establishes models for all equipment and facilities of the chemical factory and displays them visually in the system,which is convenient for inspectors to remotely monitor all inspection points online.For the inspection business,it is logically divided into four sub-modules:inspection mode selection,inspection route management,inspection record management and inspection report management.Inspectors can switch inspection modes,select inspection routes,record inspection problems,and generate inspection reports when performing inspection tasks.In addition,for the real-time alarm information generated during the inspection process,the system will be synchronized to the emergency command center for processing,and the leakage gas diffusion simulation will be used to assist emergency decision-making.The author joined in the initial stage of the project,assisted in the preliminary demand analysis,system architecture design and technical scheme design.In the project development stage,the author realized some core functions and SLAB gas diffusion model.In addition,the author also participated in the system test and acceptance.Currently,this project has been put into use,operating stably in the internal environment of the factory.It meets all the functional requirements of enterprises for inspection services,improves the efficiency and quality of enterprise inspections,and provides a strong guarantee for enterprise safety in production.
