With the continuous growth of urban scale and social population,the problems of environmental pollution and energy consumption have become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,facing the situation of increasingly scarce resources,people are increasingly aware of the importance of saving energy and protecting the environment,and energy conservation and emission reduction work is conducive to building a resource-saving type and environment-friendly society.The road freight transportation industry is a special service industry in the transportation industry,and it is an important guarantee for promoting economic development and maintaining normal social order.Its development is of great significance.For road freight enterprises,it is necessary to do a good job in energy conservation and emission reduction,but also to maintain the economic benefits of the enterprise,which is vital to the long-term and healthy development of the entire industry.In this context,this article takes the road freight company A as the research object,studies the vehicle operating costs including carbon emission costs and constructs an optimization model.Based on the genetic algorithm,three different optimization goals are solved,and the optimal vehicle scheduling is finally obtained.The program helps the company to undertake social responsibilities while ensuring economic benefits.This article first introduces the research background and significance of company cost control for energy conservation and emission reduction,analyzes and summarizes the research status of energy conservation,emission reduction and cost control at home and abroad,and outlines related theories and methods.It is found that there are fewer studies on vehicle operation cost control and consider energy saving and emission reduction.Secondly,it analyzed the current situation of company A’s organizational structure,main business,vehicle distribution,operating cost control,energy saving and emission reduction.It found that the company’s vehicle operations,especially in the short-distance transportation business,have some problems about operation method,cost control,driver scheduling,freight organization.Then,it analyzed the influencing factors that affect the energy saving and emission reduction of road freight vehicles,and according to the actual situation of A company,selected the calculation indicators of company A’s vehicle energy consumption and carbon emissions,and constructed the calculation model.On this basis,consider energy saving Reduced vehicle operating costs are controlled and optimized.Operating costs include fuel consumption costs,carbon emissions costs,depreciation costs,fixed cost of departure,and driver wage costs.Mathematical models are constructed and algorithms are designed based on genetic algorithms.Finally,with the smallest operating cost,the smallest carbon emission cost,and the shortest path as the optimization goals,the real data of A company is used to solve the calculation,and the optimized results are analyzed and compared to draw relevant conclusions.The research results show that the use of a vehicle operating cost control optimization model with minimum operation as the optimization goal can help companies choose a reasonable vehicle scheduling plan,and reduce vehicle operating costs while saving energy and reducing emissions.Based on this conclusion,the content studied in this article has certain reference significance for vehicle energy saving and emission reduction and enterprise cost control.
