Research On The Measurement Method Of Ecosystem Service Demand In Northeast Old Industrial Cities

Under the background of the new era,the main task of urban renewal is to ensure the residents’high-quality life and vigorously cultivate the ecological and cultural charm space.In order to meet the new needs of the people for a better life in cities,the old industrial cities in Northeast China,once the pillar of national economy,have been declining day by day.The ecological and social problems are increasingly acute,and the new demands of the city also show its particularity.Ecosystem service demand is a hot topic in the field of ecosystem services(ES).From the research results of ecological planning,the traditional urban green space planning method can not play the maximum efficiency in highly intensive urban land use.Es demand measurement method can effectively use limited urban space,give full play to urban green space and solve urban problems.At present,the research on ES demand measurement is not systematic at home and abroad.There are more qualitative studies and quantitative studies on regional scale.The demand in urban areas is mostly green space index.There is a lack of detailed demand research on the relationship between population distribution and demand in cities.In this context,this paper takes the Xiangfang old industrial zone of Harbin as a case to study the ES demand measurement method of northeast old industrial city.Xiangfang District of Harbin,as an old industrial capital city in Northeast China,is the representative of typical northeast old industrial cities.There are some common problems of old industrial cities in Northeast China,which are mainly reflected in PM2.5 exceeding standard,rain and flood,noise,lack of recreation space and lack of urban cultural heritage protection.Based on ES theory,consumption measurement of ecological demand,proxy sample survey and measurement theory of social overall demand,five demand measurement methods based on the current situation:comprehensive data method,preference survey method,legal quota method,ecological consumption method and ecological model method are optimized on this basis,and ecological problems,population,National standards and ecological measurement are taken as Based on the four core elements of urban es demand measurement,this paper proposes a method of urban demand measurement:population ecological process method,that is,taking urban ecological problems as the measurement direction,analyzes the ecological problems of old industrial cities,and identifies six service types:air purification,carbon and oxygen absorption,noise reduction,rain and flood management,recreation and cultural heritage.Taking the characteristics of urban population and population demand as the starting point,taking the national urban environmental standards as the measurement basis,according to the different ecological processes of different service types,the quantitative calculation is carried out with different analysis models:air pollution deposition model,population carbon and oxygen balance model,SWMM rain flood model,noise attenuation model,accessibility and recreation demand model and ecological consumption analogy model Results:the demand for green space in Xiangfang District of Harbin was the largest,693.42hm~2,followed by rain flood management,678.02hm~2,and cultural heritage demand was the smallest,only34.61hm~2.As the existing green space of 674.72hm~2 in the study case,the demand measurement results in this paper are in line with the reality in terms of quantity,which verifies the feasibility of the measurement method in this paper.This paper puts forward the ES demand measurement method of northeast old industrial cities,which makes the domestic es demand measurement research more refined.This paper measures six service types,enriches the service types of foreign es demand measurement.On the basis of the existing research,the measurement methods of some service types are updated mainly combined with legal indicators and environmental standards.Due to the complexity of urban ecosystem and the strong individual difference of urban population,it is difficult to measure es demand.This paper takes the whole society as an object,and provides an effective measurement method for domestic urban demand measurement,which provides the basis and reference for the goal formulation of urban ecological planning under the background of the new era and effectively solve the ecological problems of northeast old industrial cities It also plays a guiding role in the fine layout of urban green space.
