In recent years, with the acceleration of urban-rural integration and urban-rural integration process, the income and consumption level of rural residents have been increasing. The data show that the total amount of garbage in China’s villages and towns has increased from 140 million tons per year in the 11 th five-year plan to 260 million tons per year in the 13 th five-year plan, which ranks first in the world.Compared with the gradual improvement of urban domestic waste classification management system, the classification of rural domestic waste has just been put on the agenda.Because of China’s vast territory, there are differences among the economic development, population structure and natural conditions of villages and towns, the management mode of domestic waste in villages and towns has its uniqueness. At the same time, villages and towns are widely distributed and numerous, forming ‘isolated islands’.It is difficult for cities and towns under their jurisdiction to form an effective household waste management system. In view of the above problems, this paper focuses on the discussion of the methods, modes and systems of the management of domestic waste in villages and towns, from the identification of the production and waste modes of the population,to the planning of the collection and transportation routes between different villages and towns, finally,a decision-making platform based on the large data of municipal solid waste(MSW)was built, which formed a three-level linkage management mechanism of Foshan County. In view of the problem that there are few data related to garbage in villages and towns, the local areas are investigated and analyzed in the form of a questionnaire, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested by using SPSS software, and the relationship between output and waste and basic information is established through correlation analysis, with sex, age, income and occupation as independent variables and output and waste as dependent variables, the output and waste patterns of different population characteristics were obtained.Aiming at the problems of different characteristics of waste production and low collection and transportation efficiency among villages, this paper investigates different villages and towns in the study area, obtains their economic development and population structure, and then analyzes and forecasts their waste production;Based on the decision tree classification algorithm, taking gender, age, income and occupation as independent variables and waste production as dependent variables, the typical groups of high-yield waste,middle-class waste and low-yield waste were divided. In view of the problems of information barriers and difficulty in overall management between villages and towns, according to the local domestic waste management needs and future development needs,a large-data assisted decision-making platform for village and town domestic waste was established, the Hadoop framework builds a database of structured data on the local economy, sanitation, population, and natural conditions,as well as maps, coordinates, images, and Unstructured data, the platform has many function modules, such as data display, data maintenance, worktable,System Monitoring,R & D Tools, report forms management, etc. This paper introduces the portrait method into the field of solid waste management, analyzes and forecasts the waste production mode of different people and different villages, and optimizes the collection and transportation path based on machine learning algorithm,so as to provide ideas and direction for the establishment of a new mode of domestic waste management in villages and towns.
