In recent years, marine ecological environment has deteriorated and pollutionaccidents have frequently occurred, so the study of intelligent marine water qualitymonitoring and management system can reduce the economic losses caused by waterquality disasters effectively, and that also has important significance in alleviating thecontradiction between economic development and marine ecological environmentdeterioration. This paper designs and realizes a monitoring and management system ofmarine water quality which based on Android platform with the help of wireless mobilecommunication technology. The system achieves a series of functions, such as: real-timedata updating, dynamic storage, data display and using some mathematical models torealize the evaluation and prediction of water quality.Firstly, this paper gives a design of overall program according to the system’s taskrequirement. This system is divided into four modules, including: backgroundcommunication service module, database design module, water quality analysis moduleand front display module. Then with the help of MVC model, this paper implements thehierarchical design of program’s structure.Secondly, after introducing single factor evaluation method, this paper focuses on theanalysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and realizes the re-allocation ofevaluation factors weights by principal component analysis method, then makesevaluation vector continuous to improve the precision of result. In addition, the graysystem theory used to predict water quality is also researched, and further improves theaccuracy of gray prediction by using re-processing and residual modification.Thirdly, this system improves the data communication services through thread pooland queue model. Then the received data is stored in SQLite database after scalingtransformation. Data access object layer that above of persistence layer is used to call theview layer easily. In order to make the program run affluently and steady, the memorybuffer is built. Besides, with the help of electronic maps, animation mechanism andmultimedia technology, the system achieves multiple ways to show real-time data, and provides other functions such as weather forecast, data product output and so on.Finally, a series of tests for each functional module is carried out, and the resultsshow that the system runs stably and has well performance. Furthermore, this system canupgrade the management efficiency of data in marine water quality monitoring systemeffectively and has a very fine application prospect.
