Research On Performance Evaluation Of PPP Project Of Household Waste Classification Treatment

With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,the amount of domestic waste generated has exploded,and the urgent situation of "garbage besieged city" has emerged.However,traditional garbage disposal methods are limited and low in processing capacity,which cannot meet the high demands of modern society.Requirements for quality development.The sorting and treatment of domestic waste is controlled at the source,put in,transported,and disposed of by sorting,rather than simply landfill or incineration.At present,most domestic waste classification and treatment projects in my country adopt the PPP model,but the PPP model is not mature in this field and has not formed a unified industry standard.In order to improve the success rate of the project and achieve comprehensive promotion,it is urgent to classify domestic waste under the PPP model.Process the project to conduct systematic research,especially in terms of project performance evaluation.This article combines the PPP model and waste classification and treatment issues,and on the basis of learning and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign domestic waste classification and treatment experience,according to the performance management theory and the balanced scorecard theory,the key success factors of the project are comprehensively analyzed and judged,and the domestic waste classification is constructed.Handle the PPP project performance evaluation index system.Combining examples,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each factor index,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the results,and finally get the performance evaluation results of the waste sorting and treatment project,and at the same time put forward targeted suggestions to improve the overall quality of the project,and provide reference for similar projects.reference.Figure 4;Table 12;Reference 63.
