| China is a country seriously affected by disasters.Frequent disasters have brought huge economic losses and casualties to human society,resulting in social unrest,economic downturn and other consequences.In recent years,the theoretical and practical research on emergency management has developed rapidly in China.And the concept of smart city also provides a new idea for the development of emergency management.The intelligence system in smart city disaster emergency management takes the information technology of smart city as the means,integrates the intelligence information of disasters,and selects the indicators of significance for decision making and carries out the weight weighting and risk calculation.The purpose is to provide decision-making basis for emergency response and reduce the negative impact of disasters on human society.The influencing factors within the disaster system,the difference of influencing factors among different disasters and the factors affecting the division of risk regions are analyzed,and these factors are sorted into the index system.Methods such as literature analysis,theoretical modeling and empirical analysis are used to verify the research and build the system model.It is proposed to use the disaster-bearing body to divide the risk area,effectively integrate the information technology of the smart city with the intelligence system in emergency management,and present the intelligence information and assessment results to the decision makers by using the real-time decision assistance system.Based on these analyses,the overall framework of the index system is obtained,and it is proved that these indexes,as intelligence information,have an important impact on disasters and have a positive significance for emergency management decisions.It is concluded that the classification method based on the disaster bearing body is more conducive to the technological advantages of smart city,and the intelligence information in the disaster bearing body is more suitable for the decision-making of disaster events.Through empirical analysis,the feasibility of this system is verified,and the concrete method of establishing index system and subdividing index from information extraction is given.Figure 8;Table 21;Reference 62... |
