Study On Problems And Countermeasures In Environment Governance Of Zhengzhou Airport Zone Under Smart City Management

The city appearance environment not only plays the role of brightening the city,but also embodies the comprehensive ability of a city management.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,Internet of things,cloud computing and other information technology,city appearance environmental governance has changed the means of government governance and innovated the concept of governance,realize the leap from Digital to Smart.In recent years,local urban management departments have made great efforts to build smart platforms to realize closed-loop treatment and supervision of city appearance and environment problems with the help of cameras and sensors.It is of great practical significance to study the problems and countermeasures of city appearance and environment governance from the perspective of smart city management to improve the modern governance ability and service level of the government.Taking Zhengzhou Airport Zone as the research object,using the new public management theory,digital governance theory,public goods theory,etc.,for port smart city management horizon,elaborates the present situation of environmental governance of the city,points out that the city environmental governance problems,mainly is the smart platform is inefficient,the lack of effectiveness,the public participation is not high,the platform construction is slow,etc.,Thus affecting the long-term effect of city appearance environmental governance.Using literature analysis,case analysis,field investigation and other methods to analyze the causes of urban appearance and environmental governance problems.Through the study,it is concluded that the city appearance and environment governance mechanism and system should be further improved,supervision and assessment system should be improved,mass participation should be enhanced,human and financial security should be strengthened,and multiple measures should be taken to give full play to the role of smart platform in the city appearance and environment governance.
