Reciprocating compressor is widely used in petroleum,smelting,chemical industry,natural gas transportation and other process industries,mainly used in gas compression,material transportation,etc.As a large chemical equipment,reciprocating compressor needs to meet the change of demand during the process development in its whole life cycle,and at the same time,it needs to respond to the fluctuation of the front-end gas transmission pipeline and the back-end demand for exhaust volume,so that it can operate normally under variable working conditions.Among them,the reciprocating compressor is the most common operation of variable load,a variety of variable load gas control methods have been applied in practice,so that the unit can meet the process production and reduce the consumption of energy;But at the same time also accompanied by some mechanical failure.At present,there is little analysis on the dynamic behavior of reciprocating compressor under variable working conditions.In this paper,the lubrication state of small end bearing of connecting rod of reciprocating compressor was studied under variable working conditions.Based on the research results,the load distribution optimization of inside and outside cylinder and the application range of single-side cylinder regulation were studied.In the actual work of reciprocating compressor,the transmission parts of reciprocating compressor are in the changing operation,and there are gaps and lubricating oil between the connecting rod small head tile and the crossheader pin,so the operation situation is more complicated.Aiming at the complex and changeable movement environment of connecting rod of reciprocating compressor under variable working conditions,the RecurDyn solid model of key moving parts of unit based on lubrication EHD model and the gas-force model based on a variety of variable load air volume control methods are established to reveal the dynamic behavior of reciprocating compressor transmission mechanism under variable load conditions.At the same time,the connecting rod under variable load condition small tile abrasion fault mechanism,based on the small head tile operation mode the runtime state of the distribution of oil film explores the connecting rod in the process of variable load operation capitulum tile prone to wear the cause and the different load regulation methods on the influence degree of the connecting rod small end bearing lubrication condition,to determine the optimal dispatch load adjustment way.After adding a stepless air volume regulating system for reciprocating compressor,the inner and outer load of cylinder can be adjusted to meet the load demand of process production.Cylinder,this paper based on the condition of running in the rated load bearing fault occur easily,adopt scientific experiment method and multi-objective genetic algorithm,optimization study for the lateral load distribution in the cylinder,establish a full load connecting rod small end lubrication,the optimal relationship between the lateral load distribution in the cylinder,to improve the air force and connecting rod small end bearing under the condition of lubrication conditions.For multi-stage and multi-row large reciprocating compressor,the number of unloading actuators required by the stepless gas volume regulation system is huge.If the single-side working cylinder is adopted for adjustment,the actuators’ cost can be saved by 50%,although part of the adjustment range can be reduced.In this paper,the influence of different single-side working cylinder regulating methods on the lubrication state of small end bearing of connecting rod in reciprocating compressor is studied.The cover side cylinder is selected as the executive cylinder of single-side cylinder regulating method,and the regulating range of the single-side cylinder regulating method is calibrated.The research results are helpful to reduce the cost of adding stepless gas regulating system for multistage reciprocating compressor and promote the popularization and application of stepless gas regulating system.
