Protect the environment and protect resources is our basic national policy.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the nineteen major meetings of the party that we must persist in the harmonious co-existence of man and nature,and we must establish and practice the concept of "beautiful scenery",namely,Jinshan Yinshan.Promote comprehensive conservation and recycling of resources,strengthen solid waste and garbage disposal,and build ecological civilization.Waste incineration has attracted more and more attention because it can effectively realize the recycling,reduction and harmless of waste.As a special thermal power plant,the system composition and structure of waste incineration power plant are different from that of general thermal power plant,so there are special requirements for its operation reliability.This paper first introduces the system composition and structure of waste incineration power plant.According to the equipment and system,it is divided into seven parts,namely boiler,flue gas,steam turbine,utility,electrical,fuel and chemical.The reliability index of main components in waste incineration power plant is proposed and the reliability model of main components is built.Calculate the reliability indexes of main components in a waste incineration power plant.Then,two reliability research methods,analytical method and simulation method,are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.A reliability analysis method based on Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed,and the main steps of its application in the reliability analysis of waste incineration power plant are given.Then,according to the actual situation of a waste incineration power plant,the operation mode is studied,and the faults of steam turbine generator unit,boiler,main electrical wiring and 400 V auxiliary power wiring are pointed out respectively.The Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the operation fault,the failure probability is obtained,the corresponding tables and histogram are made,and the simulation results are analyzed.Finally,according to the simulation analysis results of the operation reliability of a waste incineration power plant,the corresponding improvement measures to improve the operation reliability are put forward,and the improved operation situation is simulated and analyzed.Other improvement measures to improve the reliability are also put forward.
