Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,dangerous goods have been widely used in many fields.Their inflammable and explosive,unstable chemical properties and other characteristics put forward higher requirements on the storage environment of dangerous goods.How to guarantee the efficient and safe storage of dangerous goods has become the most important link in the production and use of dangerous goods.In the dangerous goods warehouse,the change of temperature and humidity not only affects the performance of dangerous goods,but also causes the oxidation decomposition of dangerous goods to produce harmful gases,which threatens the health of the administrator and the safety of the warehouse.Traditionally,the environmental detection of dangerous goods warehouse is based on temperature and humidity as the detection target and manual inspection as the main monitoring method,but there are problems such as not obtaining environmental parameters in time,single monitoring target and low accuracy.Due to the particularity of dangerous goods warehouse,the security is more strict and the detection accuracy is higher,which requires large-scale and multi-equipment management.According to the environmental characteristics of dangerous goods warehouse,this paper introduces key technologies such as wireless sensor network and Internet of Things cloud platform to design an environmental monitoring system for dangerous goods warehouse.The thesis introduces the technical characteristics of wireless sensor network and puts forward the overall design scheme of dangerous goods warehouse monitoring system based on the application architecture and system requirements of wireless sensor network.The system is mainly composed of monitoring nodes,wireless communication modules,Internet of Things cloud platform and Web/ mobile phone APP client.Monitoring nodes STM32F107VCT6 as the core,the main gathering dust,carbon monoxide,the warehouse temperature and humidity,combustible gas and the parameters of the position,the monitoring node hardware circuit and encapsulation shell structure design,software program design and each function module,at the same time monitoring nodes connected fan actuator options are available,automatic,manual remote control fan.NB-Io T wireless communication technology is used for data transmission,and MQTT protocol is directly connected to the cloud platform to realize data reporting and instruction delivery.Rely on the real-time monitoring function to realize the device offline SMS prompt;Select scenario linkage to realize that when the detection data exceeds the threshold,the alarm message is sent and the command is delivered to control the fan operation.Using the subscription and publishing function and SDK provided by the cloud platform,the cloud platform is connected with the warehouse monitoring Web platform to realize the data transmission of the whole system.On the client Web/ mobile phone APP interface,you can display realtime data,query historical data,view node positions,control devices,and manage users.Finally,the whole system is built,the test environment is configured,and the functions of data acquisition,data transmission,and client display are tested.The test results show that the system has accurate data acquisition,timely data transmission,correct data display,and good overall system stability,which has achieved the expected design goal.
