| In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of the broadstrength in our country,the construction industry for the new era of the transformation task has been put on the agenda,the construction industry from people’s livelihood projects to national projects are inseparable from the driving force.However,emergencies and accidents are increasing year by year,indicating that the construction of emergency safety management system needs to be further improved.The emergency plan at the site is an important base for emergency management.But in China,most of the on-site emergency plans are formulated in writing,on the one hand,the text content is more complicated,not conducive to information extraction,on the other hand,the content of two-dimensional text planning lacks representation of spatial information and limitations in human and material resources that affect the regular organisation of actual emergency exercises.Therefore,this dissertation studies and applies the digitization of emergency plans at the construction site,the main research content is as follows:(1)By collecting and consulting the relevant information documents prepared by the construction site emergency plan and the digital realization technology of the emergency plan,this dissertation takes a rail transit construction project as the background,from the perspective of emergency management,according to the current research situation at home and abroad to sort out the main content of the current construction project emergency plan digitalization,identify the digital system of emergency plans to achieve the goal with a focus on visualizing the emergency disposal process.(2)Combined with the demand for digital model in the practical application of emergency plan and safety management,the comprehensive BIM model of construction project is established by using 3D information model technology,including the main model of the station,the bridge model of the interval segment and the layout model of the construction site.Using the technology of UAV tilt photography,the GIS model of terrain within the construction area is produced and applied.(3)On the basis of the preparation of the project text thesis emergency plan,according to the system content requirements of the digitalization of the plan,the transformation of text content to computer content is realized,and based on the B/S architecture,the use of C-language programming,ASP.NET platform has done a simple emergency plan management system design research.(4)According to the characteristics of a rail transit construction project,on the basis of the completed BIM and GIS integrated model,the key parts of the construction,such as the construction of the cover beam,template scaffolding,etc.have done visual safety cross-floor training;Based on the digital results of the emergency plan based on the three-dimensional visual model,combined with the collapse of the fire and template support system,the three-dimensional simulation exercise analysis of the emergency plan disposal process is done. |
